It is with pleasure that I write this review. Andre Jefferson has got to be the epitome of the perfect salesman. He was very professional, kind, helpful, and patient. He made sure that he met all my criteria in my new 2027 Kia Telluride SX Hybrid Prestige AWD. I got black on black and it is beautiful! Strangers walk right up in parking lots expressing admiration for my new car. He literally got it in 2 days. I will happily refer him to everyone and not hesitate to ask for him again whenever I am in the market for a new car or to family and friends. Thank you Andre! You are amazing!!

Yes I was at the Paramount kia in Hickory the other day to get a oil change the guy by the name of Luke he helped to get me checked in he was so friendly and so nice and very helpful and the rest of the staff was very friendly the way they treated me makes want to always go back there and get my service from them in the future this is one of the nicest friendliest staff that I've encountered in a while
2020 Kia Soul review
This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

2024 Kia Soul review
This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Katie was awsome... great to work with ... glad I came to see her and bought a car from her !
2023 Kia Soul review
The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.

Marquis was more than helpful and worked hard to make the deal happen at and more than reasonable interest rate. Wish I had two more hands so I could rate his service 4 thumbs up!
2017 Kia Soul review
I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience from start to finish! I absolutely LOVE my Acura MDX, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had purchasing it! A huge thank you to Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole for making the entire process so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. Glenda was AMAZING! She was incredibly patient while showing me different vehicles, never made me feel rushed or pressured, and gave me plenty of time to test drive my MDX and make sure it was the right one for me. I really appreciated how relaxed and stress-free she made the experience. Jarrod was fantastic as well! I had A LOT of questions about pricing and the different maintenance packages, and he patiently walked me through everything and made sure I understood all of my options. I never felt rushed, and I really appreciated his transparency and willingness to answer every question I had. Cole was extremely professional and helped me close out the deal smoothly. He made the final part of the process quick and easy and was great to work with! Buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but this team made it such a positive experience. I left feeling confident about my purchase and excited about my new MDX! 🚙❤️ Thank you again, Glenda, Jarrod, and Cole! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!
