CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
2025 Kia Soul review
VERY comfortable car, especially if you like being able to park easily, yet have headroom and not need a crane to lower yourself into your seat. The seats literally hug you. Perfect fit for me, and the dealership was great, no hassle.

Serra Honda GrandvilleReviews
Serra Honda Grandville review
I was in the market for a used Honda CR-V because I've heard they're super reliable and can really go the distance. My cousin, who has a lot of car buying experience and knows the local dealership scene really well, recommended I talk to Jason Chudzinski at Serra Honda in Grandville. Now I get exactly why he recommended him. Jason was extremely down to earth, easy to talk to and not pushy at all. The dealership had exactly what I was looking for and Jason made the whole experience comfortable, quick and very straightforward. Jacob, the Finance Manager, helped me wrap up the paperwork and he was also easy to work with. Jason, thank you for helping me find an awesome car and for making it a great experience. I'd recommend Serra Honda in Grandville in a heartbeat!
2015 Kia Soul EV review
This humble people box has the hottest battery not in a TESLA, with excellent energy density and cycle life. I have a 75 mile one-way daily commute, which it is accomplishing EVen with snow tires on, though only defrost, seat and steering wheel heating.

2011 Kia Soul review
✅ Dependability: Always starts, season or not. ✅ Fuel Efficiency: Far better mileage than my Cadillac. ✅ Spacious Interior: Plenty of room and power for a four-cylinder hatchback. ✅ Good Performance: Surprisingly peppy for its class. ✅ Sound System: Delivers quality audio, enhancing the driving experience. ✅ Ease of Driving: Smooth handling and user-friendly controls. Cons (Potentially): ❌ Theft Risk: Unfortunately, Kia and Hyundai models are frequently targeted. ❌ Lack of Luxury Features: Compared to Cadillac, the Soul may lack premium interior touches. Overall Verdict: The Kia Soul Plus is a fantastic, practical, and budget-friendly car that excels in reliability and efficiency. While it might not match the luxury of your Cadillac ATS, it’s clear that the Soul’s dependability, fuel economy, and practicality make it your go-to vehicle.

I have a 2010, 2011, 2021 Kia Soul. I think that says enough. Having a car last with minor repairs and 400,000 miles. Says something for the Kia.

Roy and Will were fantastic to work with. They helped us get into a wonderful ride and we're amazing to work with. 10/10. Would recommend to anybody!
2023 Kia Soul review
I have had my 2023 KIA Soul Sport since March of 2023. I love it, because it's comfortable, fast (little red button) especially in Michigan. I have had it up to 111mph without even trying, as i was trying to get out of a situation in Michigan. I use a wheelchair, and so the space is good for that and family, and groceries. It is awesome on gas too. I was surprised at how well it handled in the snow. No worries there. This is my third KIA, and as long as the warranty stays the same or gets better, i will still purchase them.
