We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.
2024 Kia Carnival review
I've had this car since I leased it when it was brand new. Just converted the lease to buying it. The car is roomy and has all the options you could ask for. The car is comfortable and does verywell on gas mileage on the highway.

2024 Kia Carnival review
Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I was happy to hear from Joe the sales fellow to let me know they had a car I was interested in he kept me informed regarding inventory. Joe had built a repor with me on prior visits and test drives. When I went for test drive this time I was told Joe was not available so another sales person handed my test drive and negotiated the sale. I did let them know that Joe was the reason I was there and was assured Joe would be ,(Taken care of as well) , what I was told ! This was ok until I saw Joe and he was surprised to see me at the dealership! I did purchase a car and got a great deal I am pleased with my purchase. I am bothered by the ethics of the staff and how they treat coworkers! I am finding this unsettling!
2025 Kia Carnival review
I traded a 2021 Telluride for the Carnival because it was more practical and versatile for transporting young children. Although they had the same trim levels, the quality of interior materials - seats, door panels, etc. - in the Telluride were superior to the Carnival. The "ride," handling and comfort of the Telluride also far exceeded that of the Carnival. I miss the Telluride but appreciate the functionally of the Carnival.
