I had a fabulous experience. Joshua Hanlon was hands down the best salesman I have ever had the pleasures of dealing with. I knew what I wanted and called East Coast Honda. I never stepped foot on their lot. Josh handled everything over the phone. He sent a video of the 2025 Honda Pilot. What a transformation with East Coast Honda. 6 years ago we bought a 2019 CRV and after a grueling 8 Hours I promised my wife we would never go through that terrible exportation. Well, we tried dealing with the internet sales representative Carol Bowman this time to see if it would lessen the pain. What a change. 4 hours and we were on our way home with a 2026 CRV Hybrid.
