Been a great car haven’t had any problems mechanically. The only problem I have is when you shut off the car it gives you no warning the lights may still be on and that leads to a dead battery.

I had issues with my sunroof and stopped by KIA asking for help. Paul in the service department helped me and was quickly on top of everything. KIA gave me a loaner vehicle so that I could still go to work and take care of my family. He also kept me informed on the process along the way. Not only was he on top of everything but he was super nice and had a friendly attitude the entire time. I felt like the team at KIA really cares about treating their customers well. Even other times I've had my oil changed there, there is a super nice driver named Randy who will take me wherever I need to go in order to work on things from my job. If I wanted to stay and work from my laptop at KIA I can do that too which is always a nice option to have. They have a comfortable waiting room and tables I can sit at and work. Great atmosphere and great people! I'll be a returning customer. Thanks Paul and Randy for all your help!

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

We live in southern Indiana, and was looking for a Kia Sorento. New ones are very hard to find, due to COVID. Austin Carlson at Crain Kia of Bentonville, helped us find one. We communicated via internet. The details were worked out, before arriving there, in Arkansas. We test drove the Sorento, both my wife and me. The financing people helped find a loan that was just right for us, and the payments to fit our budget. The Sorento was just what we needed and wanted. We are very proud of our new car. This was a very good experience.

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

We had Alex as our sales rep for the company. They were not very willing to negotiate but overall, Alex made it a pleasant experience. I probably would go there again to buy a car but would really like to see the general manager be willing to negotiate on the price more. It's a little bit of a turn off to the company when they are greedy, and you know they are being greedy.

2019 Kia Niro was purchased used in August 2022. During test drive it did not blow cold air. Thankfully it was under warranty and repaired in a few days. Steering wheel volume control did not work when turning volume down, only up, and it was brought in and repaired under warranty within 2 hours. Great warranty. I have not had any issues since those two things and hopefully do not have any more. Drives like a dream and I’m averaging 54MPG

Cory and Oliver took care of me again through the purchase of a used Ford F-250. The entire process was pretty quick and completely painless. I'm completely happy with the deal we struck on my trade-in (an F-150 I had previously purchased from Oliver) and purchase price! I'm sure I will continue to get my Fords serviced with them and look for more vehicles to purchase from them. I love that my town has such a great Ford dealership just down Walton Blvd!

I’ve owned a 2012 Kia Optima EX GDi 2.4L engine. Hands down, best car I have ever driven! After 8 years of daily driving and 135,000 miles later, she still handles like the day I drove her off the dealership lot. Very comfortable leather interior, that even though is years old, has not one crack or tear! Shifts smoothly, brakes smoothly and still has some get up and go when I put my foot down. Very safe car- Prior to this I owned an ‘11 Optima EX that I got into an accident in. The side and front airbags left me unscathed! All in all, I’m glad I went with Kia. You can never go wrong with that Kia reliability!

My experience theft on tiktok and YouTube to break in them. Torn collar from swirling wheel collar. This car is nice and convenient why would that happen to this soul lx Kia.

Initially had an issue buying my new Kia here... but GM Paul Robertson worked hard to resolve it and i am satisfied with the result. Thank you Paul! I like Kia brand and the warranty they offer. Will probably return to buy a car for my daughter as well.

Excellent driving through snow. I have an 81 km one way to work. Never missed a shift. Also very economical with the 2.4 litre inline 4 cylinder. Average on the highway is between 7 - 8 litres per 100 km.

The engine light came on stoped at husband workplace to have it tow to my dealership JDbyriders on springdale. Then decided to have it brought to Crain Kia at Fayetteville for diagnosed on a engine recall. I would say Jacob was the guy that I had information about what the update on my Kia Sportage. He was very patient in explains my car situation. Along with the help of customer service Kia and Crain Kia Fayetteville. Them reassuring me about a car engine and being accurate about what needs to be done. I rather have services that are honest and will do what needs to make their customers satisfied. I really appreciate their effort and know things will be done accordingly. I would recommend If anyone need a new car or great car service it would be them at Fayetteville. I would give them a 5 star or more If it was rated. But I’m a happy customer and please check them out.

I was looking to buy a new little car for myself and daughter, and I had no experience in this. I went to Superior in Siloam Springs, and was greeted by a nice young man, who's name is Chris Adair. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me cars and helping to pick out my little Ford Fiesta. (which my daughter and friends say is Groovy!!) My experience was very good, not really knowing anything about buying a new car. They walked me threw the process each step of the way. Could not have ask for a nicer experience. I bought my 2022 Stinger GT1 in August of 2021. I currently have 6k miles on it. Since driving it off of the sales lot it has had creaks, pops and rattles in the cabin. There is a very annoying creak and pop sound coming from the overhead grab handles. Also a rattle coming from the truck area. I’ve had it at the dealership but nothing has been fixed. It would be a great car if not for these problems. It’s comfortable, a great performer and very good looking car! If these annoyances can’t be sorted out, I’ll be reluctantly selling the car.

Took truck in for repair,very friendly explained the problem got it fixed promptly. Still under warranty & I didn’t even realize that. Would definitely go back.

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. This is now the second optima I have owned and I have to say that I am truly impressed with how KIA has improved over the years. The leg room in this car is fantastic and it's quite comfortable on long rides. Handles nice, has nice acceleration, rides smooth, it's great on fuel, and has very few problems. The interior gets some criticism from some consumers but what I love about it is that it sacrifices flashy exotic dashboard designs for genuine comfort and space. I would argue that the value of the newer optima models exceeds that of the almighty Honda Accord or Toyota Camry. I literally love driving this car and I miss it when I'm riding in someone else's car. The only issue I ever had was with my last optima, which was a knock sensor issue. Kia fixed it free of charge rather quickly and gave me no problems at all about it. My current one has over 50k miles and runs like brand new. You can't even feel the motor running when it's idling. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for more bang for their buck and for anyone who has 1-2 kids.

I bought my 2020 Sorento in 2021, and took a serious road trip. I love my car!!! It looks good, drives good, and gets great gas mileage. It's very roomy compared to some other suvs that I looked at during the hunt for a good vehicle. I keep the 3rd row down, and 2 of my lg fur babys can fit with room to spare. I have heard nothing but bad reviews on lots of sites, but I've not had any problems in the time I've owned it. The dealership keeps trying to buy it back from me.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.
