Out-of-state buyer hunting online for a good deal, found what I needed at VW of Salem. First, the price was a deal. Second, the buying process was mostly painless... Communication with sales was easy by email, text, and a few phone calls. Most of the difficulty was actually on my bank's end. No weird pressure or vibes from sales when I told them I had financing already lined up. Once everything was lined up, they picked me up from Portland airport and took the vehicle for a test drive, then quickly finished up the purchase. Only delay was apparently one detailer working so getting that final complimentary carwash took a while. Will consider buying from them again when it's time to replace the wife's car!

This is followup to Tucker Dawg prior review. As noted the 2023 Tellurides came without a tow hitch or harness and none ever became available due recall issue on 2020 -2022 models. My dealership was able to retro fit 2022 hitch, then they paid to have an aftermarket electrical harness installed. And now I pull a 22 foot airstream camper ( 3800# weight ) and it works great! All in all very happy with car after 3 years and 26,000 miles. But if buy used, do be aware KIA never offered a factory hitch or harness.

Just bought a car from there yesterday, and I would recommend this place. The staff was very friendly, patient, and was not pushy. The prices were reasonable and they had a nice selection of used cars to choose from. Worth the drive for me.

2017 KIA Sorento , I love my SUV! I’ve had an issues at all until 2024. I had to have an oil pan leak. Also, Rear Bearing sensor. Other than that regular stuff such as tires windshield wiper, ect The vehicle was a year old and a one person owner when I purchased it

I like some of the things they put on the car . But it just a little to small for me and my family. We have five people in the house one with a car seat and I know it's not comfortable the other two because the car seat take up some of the room

We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! Thank you, Kia!!!! It was scary, and I could tell our car noticed the sudden stop before we did!! Thank-you!!

I love my 2018 Kia Sportage. I love it have a lane detector spot as well as traffic detector for safety other than that is a very nice car.

I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

First contact was over the internet. They provided information as well as a very attractive price thousands below MSRP. Sales staff (Jon Lahey) was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and not pushy. He patiently listened and answered all of our questions. Very satisfied with the dealership and the sales staff.

I got mine new in 2021. I've had a few small thing that had to be repaired but nothing major. My Seltos runs well and get good mileage

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

I am very happy with The Auto Outlet INC! Brandon was the reason we brought the vehicle here. I sent a email to him asking about a vehicle. Brandon responded very promptly to the email and asking me to come down and look at the vehicle. I informed him I would be there! When I showed up I asked for Brandon and he was there with a smile on his face and ready to help us. We explained what we were looking for. After all the dealerships in Oregon City, Gladstone, and all over Salem non of these dealerships treated us the way Auto Outlet did. They are family owned for over 20 years! I love family owned businesses because in my experience they have cared more about the customer. From now on I will never go to a big dealership for vehicles again. Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

We got a great car. We have been to other dealerships and been very disappointed by their poor customer service. I did not know it was possible to have this great of an experience buying a car. All I can say is Rick was wonderful.

2026 Sportage X-Line. Great car, comfortable, smooth ride. I was amazed at the insane number of extra features you get for your money. I feel like I'm driving a $60k car. You definitely won't win any races with this car, but it isn't made to be a race car. I test drove a Hybrid and they have more get up and go.

I purchased my first car 59 years ago and have purchased many more through the years. Our experience dealing with Sami was professional, polite and overall a very pleasant experience. There was not a lot of back and forth, we felt we received a good deal on the vehicle we purchased and fair value for our trade in - and it was very close to the fastest deal we have ever made. As we were leaving (in our new car) my wife actually said that she couldn't remember buying a new car with less stress.

I am thrilled with my new 2024 KIA Niro Lx. Even the base model comes with so many features. The MPG states 53/54 city/highway I am actually averaging 10% more! Love that!! It rides beautifully and the aesthetics are great. The Snow White Pearl is stunning and worth the extra $. One drawback is NO retractable cargo cover. The only concealment/privacy option is a "cargo shield" overpriced and flimsy but necessary.

On my visit to Power KIA, service was quick and thorough. The waiting area was clean and plenty of snacks while you wait. Review of complete services and vehicle washed before I left. Excellent service!

The features of sxp trim model is an exceptional value for the price. The interior space for a 6’3” person like myself is very comfortable, both leg and head space. Drive is very smooth for a compact SUV. Front windshield design provides great visibility. Seats are comfortable and provide excellent support. Good acceleration for its class. It’s not designed to be a sports car. The vehicle style and the Vesta Blue color is eye catching. I’ve only owned the vehicle for a week, money well spent if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. Just pick the right dealership from which to buy. Do your due diligence and enjoy the ride.

I have had pickups since 1973. My sister bought a Seltos 2 years ago and loved it. I bought one and cannot complain. It’s a 4 cyl so don’t expect to burn rubber but it will get you any place you want to go. Very happy so far…
