Yo, this was by far the best car buying experience anyone could ever have. Everything was so efficient, sales persons was kind and a heck of a character. He will make your car buying experience enjoyable. Believe me you wont be disappointed. Just be prepared for a burst full of positive energy and person that's on your side that will put his self on the line to serve you.
I can't believe how nice they were. It was way more than just buying a car. I learned so much about building credit with the gentleman there. I have no credit just yet and he got me financed with a very reasonable terms. My salesman was sooo kind and I was able to take my time and think about everything. That is what made write a review. My friends kept worrying me how dealerships pressures customers into buying but my experience was nothing like that and I am so HAPPPPY with it and with my car. Just lovinnnnnng it!
Dealing with Apple Valley Hyundai and my great salesman Steven Trevor was one of the easiest and enjoyable experiences that I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. He was very professional and curtious and caring. Not pushy or being in a hurry for me to purchase my new vehicle.
Apple Valley Hyundai may have great customer service staff however - the lot is unsafe and a nightmare. The lower lot is so full of vehicles that is extremely difficult to turn around to head to service department. I was almost hit by another vehicle the day of my appointment while they were trying to maneuver out of the lower lot.
The dealer was supposed to relocate to an improved lot years ago and this has not come to fruition. I feel if we as customers pay good money to purchase Hyundai vehicles, the dealer should have a safe and appropriate lot to accommodate properly.
These two guys were incredible! They acknowledge that I was a first time buyer and helped to insure I got the best deal possible in the area. Very friendly and easy to negotiate with, they were genuinely happy for me and my future car experience. B-I-N-G-O!!!

This is the best dealership I have ever been to. And that's saying a lot. I have owned many vehicles and I have never been treated as well in my life as safford treated me. Words can't describe the quality of people there. They let me know the status of my vehicle whenever I asked immediately, and we're very professional. I will be buying all my vehicles and having any service I need done there from now on.
Glen, Adam and Josh were great while addressing my repairs on the 2012 GMC Acadia they all should be commended for there outstanding service. Especially Josh for take very good care of us during the time our car was in for repairs. Thanks for the loaner car during the repairs.Everything was done as promised. Thank to all, Jim and Becky Fox
Well let me say," I got a new Mech today. why, Is because my normal Mech was not there. I must say, Dan the new Mach I had was as good as Scoot when he work on my car. I had a very good experience with my salesperson, Erik. He was attentive, not pushy, and seemed to have my best interests at heart. I do wish everyone there was as responsive as he was, and answered my questions when I asked them (the finance manager we were using and Erik were off on the same day, and we couldn’t get anyone to return our calls). We did buy a car here, so overall a good experience. On a side note, the service department needs some work, as they are grossly understaffed and made me feel like I should go somewhere else to get our other car serviced.
If your looking for a dealer to purchase from with less stress, Leckner is your "go to" dealership. They have outstanding customer service and do exactly what they say. This was my first Leckner purchase, and I would use this dealership again!!
My husband and I broke down on our way home from TN back to NY. We realized our local Ford dealer messed up our Escape as we were halfway home when they did a routine oil change. We had to call a tow truck and were towed to this Ford dealer after service hours and Kevin Delawder went above and beyond to help us out and make it so we could get home. Highly recommend based off hospitality of this fella alone. Thanks again!
