An eye-catching Lambo can be an issue during these times of "share the wealth". It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. I brought our Macan in for a routine Oil Service! From the time I pulled into the very welcoming service area to the time my car was pulled around (impeccably washed, dried and polished) the service was exemplary (as always at this center I might add). I was checked in by my Service Advisor, Ivy, and she outlined the service that was to be performed, the estimated cost of the service and she applied the very generous discount coupon that I received days before in the mail!! Nice surprise! I needed to work on my phone and laptop and the General Manager found me a place where I could quietly do my work!! One of the customer service staff made me a perfect coffee drink in the waiting area (Starbucks should be this clean and organized)!! Finished my work, chatted for an hour or so with a fellow Porsche Club of America friend and voila! My car was ready!! The experience was incredibly welcoming (by every associate that I came into contact with). It feels like home when I spend time at Porsche Marin! Can't wait to go back!!!
