A few days ago I decided to go there just to loosely explore the possibility of upgrading my 4 -cylinder F Pace to a 6 cylinder. From beforenI walked in, my sales guide Inna Panchanko was professional, and when there she was absolutely exceptional!. Because a Saturday, the banks took a little longer, and Inna professionally cared for me, wanted to get to know "the person". She is new, and was amazing answering all of my questions. The entire team of people there were absolutely exceptional, and even after the purchase, Inna followed up to make sure everything was what I wanted and was expecting. I've purchased many vehicles, and this was by far the BEST experience ie ever had! This dealership has been awarded 3 years in a row for a reason. It has been about 4 years since I purchased my luxury SUV from them and everytime I go there for service, the job is always done effectively for a marginal fee. Recently, my truck couldn't move forward and backward and I had it towed to them. To my big surprise, I had it back yesterday (11/20/19). While I was expecting a monster bill, to my big surprise, the invoice was zero. When I asked why, the answer was: " What was done, only required a nominal charge", and as a customer, that charge was fully discounted. In my opinion, any other place would have charged at least $2,000.00. Thus, with that experience, coupled with many others, I am proud to recommend BAS to anyone who's purchasing or servicing a motor vehicle. All employees at Brooklyn Auto Sales, notably Adam, are super nice and welcome everyone.
