I was very pleased with the salesperson, Jonathan Delacruz along with the accounting person, Steffan , they really worked patiently to get me a good deal and a suitable car. I drove out with my new car the same day. I highly recommend doing business with them, you won't regret it.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.

I???ve owned Porsche???s for almost 25 years and never had this level of service by my local dealer. I had to drive over an hour to get to Porsche Arlington but it was worth the experience.

Skip Tate was amazing to deal with. After calling and leaving a message at 4:43pm Monday January 15, 2018, i promptly received a call back and within 30 minutes the total number were discussed with me on the phone. By 5:30pm the price I had in mind was agreed to with the management team and by 6pm Skip was able to work with Finance to beat the financing rate published by my Credit Union. At 8pm I was at land rover signing off the last few documents and 8:45pm out the door. Skip and the team went above and beyond to ensure the deal was closed and i left with the car. Will always recommend the smooth no story telling sales pitch and informed set of sales representatives to all who are searching for a new or used car. Frank Elizondo is an excellent salesman. I first became interested in the vehicle a couple years ago, but wasn't ready to buy until recently. Frank made a good impression on my first visit to Jaguar Land Rover. I stayed in touch with him, and when it came time to buy, he made everything work out smoothly. He's very courteous and knowledgeable. Excellent experience and I highly recommend JLR Annapolis and Frank in particular!

We were met by Robert Carter on a snowy Saturday afternoon. He couldn't have been more helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. The experience of test driving went so well. Both my husband and I drove the vehicle and were thrilled with it. The decision to buy that day was made and the process of purchase went without a snag. The other staff members, Skip and the Finance Officer were awesome as well. They even gave us $5.00 for the toll home when we realized we only had one E-Z Pass. Will never forget their kindness.
Great sales experience from MO and the entire Land Rover of Alexandria staff. Mo showed my wife and I approximately 3 vehicles total and we switched one after signing the paperwork the next day for a different color. Not even a compliant. I highly recommend this dealership. Look at their leasing option if you are like me and like to change vehicles every three years its the best bet. I always tell me wife that we are only renting the vehicle.
Khalil is a terrific Land Rover/Range Rover Sales Consultant. He is professional, experienced, and has a soft/no pressure approach to the vehicle purchasing process. I strongly recommend him for a personalized buying experience. Most notably, after the sale was made, he followed through with me on several different matters. The buying process took way too long partly due to the fact that they had a relatively new financial officer, and partly to the fact that their office technology looked to be very dated.
Recall services were done. Car needed some repairs but cost was too much.
I found another place to do the repairs for $900 cheaper.
