My salesman, Phil Musmacker, made everything incredibly easy for me throughout the entire process (honorable mention goes to Brendan Elrick, who followed up on my initial request for info on the Equinox EV, and connected me with Phil). In addition, I never found any reason to question the pricing on the purchase order; everything was straightforward and exactly as I had been told, which is incredible considering my previous experiences with dealerships, where I had to fight to keep extras from being added to my order. Lou was my salesperson and he was super communicative, explaining and re-explaining when he seemed to feel it was needed. No surprises along the way, I was able to test drive the van as much or as long as I wanted, have a mechanic come by to inspect it and they washed it and added a full tank of gas on pickup day. They had done some quality servicing to the vehicle as well before pickup day. Lou mentioned early on that he wasn't paid on a commission basis, which was a good detail for me to know. In the end, all the numbers were the same from the beginning to end, no "uh oh" moments and it was a super fast experience on pickup day - probably the fastest ever for me to get the keys and drive a new (to me) vehicle home. I will look to use them again if possible in the next year or so. Highly recommend.

2017 Land Rover Range Rover review
I have owned an Audi A8, a 2017 BMW 740d XDrive MSport and a long time ago a Jaguar XJR. I now have a second hand 2017 Range Rover Autobiography 4.4 SD V8. I also own a 2003 LandRover Defender TD5. I traded the BMW because i preferred driving the defender most of the time. The Range Rover is a bit like taking the defender and mating it with the BMW....although I would say the BMW does not come close to the RR in terms of material quality. The Range Rover has the commanding driving position I so like in my Defender. And like the Defender it so easy to place on the road because you can see where the corners are (simples). However unlike the Defender you do not need to visit a chiropractor after a long journey it is supremely comfortable (equal or better than the BMW. The boot is massive (50% bigger than the BMW and you can fold the seats down on top of that) + it has a full size spare (no run-flats here). The car is a dream to drive with loads of driver aids. The only negative is I do miss having a physical control (iDrive) for the infotainment - I am not a fan of touch screens in cars. I am getting use to the voice control which is helping me stay away from the touch screen. The only thing it is not is a Sports car.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

2021 Land Rover Range Rover review
i have test driven 5 2020 LRRR over the past year and i have owned 2 2011 LRRR so i made it my new year's pact to stick with one vehicle for the rest of my life and i have made the choice to go into 2021 with the 2021 LRRR i can honestly say not just from owning / test driving but seeing as i am 39% british i know LAND ROVER is one SUV that won't quit or ever let the owner down yes their are stylish and luxurious but they are top shelf quality and safety so if you want the best SUV on the planet GO FOR LAND ROVER and also if you don't mind the MSRP but trust me it is worth everything KUDOS TO MY FELLOW LAND ROVERIANS and GOOD LUCK to those who are in the market 12 / 30 / 2020 is when i found my forever ride

2020 Land Rover Range Rover review
It’s very childish to compare any other SUV to RR knowing that this company has been specializing in nothing else but SUV’s. Now we have Lambos, Corvette, Ferraris making SUV. Can we really trust them?? Imagine building custom bathroom and hiring janitor instead of licensed plumbing contractor to install $5K toilet. I don’t think so. Moral of the story is Land Rover was making SUV when some of these nowdays companies didn’t exist. And let me tell you something about depreciation of these vehicles. Well yeah because there are tons of them just like any other cars. Let’s put all series of Mercedes and let’s see how many are there. I’ll take RR terrains , comfort,luxury, simplicity, reliability, noise insulation over any G-63 AMG which can fit two people in it, deal with stiffnesses , and pure aerodynamic block. Total a joke of comparison. And i owned 7 RR with branded, accident, flooded titles and had zero issues. Never again until i live will go to any other vehicle. Go get yourself Suppercharged model until there are some left. Not a fan of new models switching to Turbos. Its lag and kick in will ruin comfort
