This car met all of my needs, is very reliable and looks great too!! The turbo engine is fantastic although it is not magnificent on gas.
Our sales rep was more than knowledgeable about the Infinity line. We were treated with respect and never felt we were being pressured to purchase. The vehicle we wanted was available and was a perfect fit for us. Rich made the experience fun and enjoyable. I will be back to this dealership for my next purchase. Can't say enough positive about the way our transaction went.

Made the mistake of buying two . 2017, 2016. Both been to dealer so many times we count. Have to wait for weeks to get them in for appointment. Only dealer in Edmonton. 2016 front wheels bearing replace, trammison valve Body replacement, two injectors replace, engine codes , water in taillights replacement two times. Still have bad transmission lag. The car making a turn it start rolling then nothing for three to five seconds like it is in neutral . It get worse in colder weather. It only has 16000 kms on it. 2017 battery replace. It was at dealer three time for the Electrical problem . Six months to diagnose the battery replacement. Roof trim coming off. The nav system died had to go in for up date. They gave me a new Jaguar for a loaner for two weeks it had electricity problems with it when I had it radio stop working😂😂. The are every costly to service . Oil change around $600.00.First year $900.00 the second they need to change brake fluid. 9000 Km on the 2017

This car fits all the needs of a busy realtor. Great leg room for clients in the front and back. I chose the LUX. The HSE lacked some features and didn’t have leather in some of the places the LUX has it. Great SUV!

Encore service won't come to house to set it up. I am a senior and all this tech. is too must for me to do after reading manual. It is complicated.
Even with corporate involved. Dealers are all independent. Mercedes did come to house and set-up car and I bought Mercedes used, this one is brand new!
This was all one could ask for.
Nita was really professional and a dream to work with as was all that I came into contact with. The car was perfectly prepared and I am very happy with the whole experience. This was my first visit to Red Nolan and next will be for my husbands replacement vehicle.

Obviously the Range Rover is the coolest looking SUV on the market, and it has all of the European feel and quirkiness you could want. Is it the only European SUV actually made in Europe? Anyhow, what are these poor quality ratings all about? My prior vehicle was a Touareg TDI, that thing was in the shop 20+ times by this point (30k miles). This has gone in once for a software update to fix a false DEF fluid warning. That was bad as it sort of left me stranded, but otherwise problem free for 30k miles. One complaint is the bottom of the seats are a tiny bit narrow and on long trips becomes uncomfortable. It is possible my big butt is to blame for this one.
David Beneake helped me purchase my car. He was attentive and efficient. Time was a concern to me and they made sure to get me everything I needed and on the road in my new beautiful car. I would recommend purchasing a car from Red Noland.

The styling is great and the
Performance is awesome. Off reading is amazing and handles well in the snow. Interior is a bit dated but improvements made on the 2019 models
Brought a used 2018 Velar S 5000 miles on it. there were a couple of issues I had with squeaks and rattles, got rid of them by raising and lowering the windows, not sure what was causing them though. also got rid of some by reclining the back seats all the way back that stop some as well. I did have the screen go dark a couple of times, but once I restarted it, they came back up. keep having an issue with the connectivity when using bluetooth and the Pandora app on my phone, usually if I connect it comes back up. there is an issue with a low vibration that I have coming from the door area, when I hit a bump at low speeds, not sure what's causing that, but will have it looked at later. so far the car has been ok, Just would like not to have the squeaks and rattles and vibrations. at this point I'm not sure, if i will be a repeat buyer, PS I also had issues with LEXUS and BMW
This is the worst example of a luxury vehicle I have ever experienced. I now fear for my life as all of the screens go black randomly as I am driving. You have to pull over and restart the car and wait for everything to start back up. Takes forever to be able to manually input destination as for some reason this car does not understand basic voice commands. Nothing about the Infotainment system is intuitive. More steps than any vehicle I have ever owned to just make a simple phone call. Absolutely ridiculous. Could not take delivery after signing for the car because the voice recognition system wasn't working. Bright lights flash on their own while cars are in front of me as well as oncoming. Climate controls, wipers and radio work intermittently. Buy another vehicle as this one, although looks great can give you high blood pressure because you are waiting for it to drive you into a wall.
This is the second car my family bought from this dealership just this year alone and for good reason. They treat you like family rather than a dollar sign. They worked very hard to find something perfect for our family and made it a very easy and enjoyable process. I can't thank Avery, Lucas, Johnny, and Chris enough for everything they did for us. This car is great and the fact I have it under factory warranty means it’s even better. It is quite powerful and the handing is amazing, not to mention rear heated seats!
Although we did not yet buy from CarMax, we were very impressed with both their helpfulness and and their low-pressure. The salesman seemed more interested in getting us into the right vehicle than he did in making a sale, which was impressive.

Love it! The style and design make this is a real head turner! Drives like a sports car but can take you anywhere you want to go.
The customer service at Carmax is excellent. This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. They were super friendly and did not waste a lot of my time. They were extremely efficient throughout the entire process.

First time owning a Range Rover Evoque and I love it!!! Luxury all the way around and still get the that rugged feel. Beautiful car!
We just bought a 2012 Acadia from Eddie. It was a great experience. Eddie was quick, knowledgeable, and very friendly. We also had to bring kids with us and the staff was excellent with finding things to help entertain them. I???d highly recommend Rocky Mountain.

I just love everything about my Evoque. Its smaller than the typical SUV- drives great.
