Shane was very friendly and helpful. He explained all features of car and helped configure settings. It was Black Friday weekend and he had to help other customers also though it was very busy day but Shane shared time with multiple customers towards the end of my appointment with him Shane dedicated his time to me. Dealer ship should hire more help for a busy weekend like this. Overall fully satisfied with Shane???s service. By the way I walked in multiple times with out appointment and found that it wasn???t easy to seek help because other sales agents were busy. It will be nice to have more folks answering questions. Suggestions: It will be a good idea to provide self service iPad or display to figure out what???s available in the lot and locate the car myself in case dealership is short handed. Alok
We recently purchased a used car and everyone was very helpful in the approval process. We did have to inconveniently come back a couple times for paperwork but as long as they kept us in good communication, which they did, everything was fine. Pasha sold us the car and Zack helped us finance it. They were both great.
I returned here recently in search of a car. Kevin communicated with me via email and we worked out numbers that way which was a dream come true. Instead of the pushy dealership tactics of normal he was very frank and accommodating in helping me reach a deal. We drove in at about 5pm of a Friday and drove out with a nicely polished and waxed car in one hour. The buying process was so quick and not aggressive since they don't push all those extras on to the buyer. Even my wife was shocked at how quick everything went. They even filled up the tank before we left which was an extra special touch we weren't expecting. Will definitely be back!

I was looking for a truck and I was browsing through CarGurus and saw a Toyota Tacoma limited 16 for sale. Ron contacted me and I scheduled an appointment the next day. Ron, had the car ready for me to test drive once I got there. I brought my two sister along with me . Ron and I talked about the pricing and saw that this is the best deal(as it's at the lowest price on KBB). After three hours of waiting for different banks to beat my banks offer, my bank came up on top and purchased my dream truck. I would says the only thing that got me disappointed was that I paid 33k and had 1/4 of gas. I had to go to Ron and ask him if they forgot, but Ron told me that they don't fill up used cars. Ron did fill it up to half tank but I thought spending over 33k I would get a full tank. Besides the whole gas thing my experience was great!
As returning customers we were impressed with the service we received once again! All staff is extremely courteous and attentive! Thank you for such a pleasant experience... we strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!!!
Thank you Lexus of Pleasanton and especially Shaun De Guia for again helping us get into another beautiful Lexus. Shaun is the greatest salesperson ever! There is never any pressure, never any games, just straightforward get you into the car of your dreams finesse. It is quick and easy and most of all, painless. The other staff is always friendly, courteous and go out of their way to make their customers happy! The service department is great and I love the shuttle service to the outlets while I "wait"for my car. I am a Lexus of Pleasanton forever fan!
Terry was respectful and listened carefully to my explanation of transmission problems. Hopkins and Acura were efficient in fixing the problem. At this point, my car runs fine. In addition, Acura extended part of the warranty on this car, which was not required, but is very much appreciated, and will assure that we will continue our longstanding purchases of Acura vehicles.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I would give them 10 stars if I could. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this location and have my entire family shopping here! Great service and follow up! Great used cars here! My family and I will shop for out vehicles here from now on!
