BMW of Rockville review
I had an excellent experience with BMW of Rockville, especially with my service advisor, Ali Souley. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and attentive throughout the entire process. Ali took care of both me and my vehicle?s service needs in every possible way. He made sure everything was handled properly and kept me informed along the way. His customer service and professionalism really stood out. I?m never disappointed when I bring my vehicle to BMW of Rockville for service, and having someone like Ali taking care of my car makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

I was very pleased with the experience. Frank (salesman) sent me a video of the SUV as soon as we reached out that we were looking at it online and invited us to come test drive. Frank was responsive to all of our questions. After doing some homework prior to our visit, visiting the dealership, test driving the SUV, we decided to purchase the car.

DARCARS Lexus Of Silver Spring review
I had an excellent experience with Alex Abbaszadrh. He answered all my questions and never pressured me to buy. He helped me find a car that met my needs at a fair price.
2015 Lexus IS 350 review
The Lexus IS 350 F Sport has been a great car! It does a great job in the winter and the only downside is the clearance. But I can’t complain about the car, it has been great. It sounds good when you get on it and it’s quick. Not sure about 3 seconds quick like the gentleman in the other review and I’m almost certain he is a little high. But I plan on buying another Lexus just might try a different model. Plus I’m not as slim as I use to be.

Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM & FIAT review
My salesman, Luis, was wonderful!! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to fully understand what I wanted and how he could help me get it. It was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I have ever had. I was very satisfied with the sales manager, Ahsan, and his part of the deal making process. Not to mention F&I was fast and simple. I would highly reccomend Criswell to anyone in the market for a vehicle by one of their brands.

Great salesperson, made the process quick and easy. Support after the purchase was very helpful.
2014 Lexus IS 350 review
This is my 2nd IS350 Model! Coming from a 2006 model, I've upgraded to a 2014 back in 2020! This time, I got myself a 2014 Lexus IS350 F Sport w/ the Mark Levinson Package! Guys, Straight to the point, first off, if you're looking for a overall reliable luxury car while being sporty, THIS IS IT! LISTEN, its not the complete fastest car on the block, but it can pull! Since Lexus didnt change the engine since 2006, Parts are definitely cheap. My 2006 was at 220k trouble free miles, my current 2014 has 176k miles, guess what, NO ISSUES! If you're looking into this car. Here are my tips! 1. Mileage. Don't worry too much about mileage, It's a Toyota at the end of the day. Pay more attention to the prior ownership. If it has high mileage but a great and thorough service history, that's a deal. 2. Size. It's a small car, probably the same size as a Toyota Corolla. If size is your main concern, look into the Lexus GS350, Same engine JUST BIGGER, AND I MEAN BIGGER! 3. Tires. The Lexus IS is know to go through tires quickly. Had to replace all at 12k miles, to address this issue, YOU MUST CHANGE the oem lower control arm bushings (LCA) bushings to the LEXUS IS-F RC-F Bushings that lexus sells. Ever since then, my tires have lasted longer and wear evenly! 4. Gas Mileage. This pony has just above 300hp. With that being said, 19mpg can be a pretty penny to pay, considering the fact that this car has a 17 gallon tank, using premium fuel. I average 15.9mpg cause of my heavy foot! 5. Sound System. I'm NOT kidding, If you're getting ANY type of Lexus! GET THE MARK LEVINSON PACKAGE! ITS A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE!

2023 Lexus IS 350 review
I’ve had the IS 300 Lexus for three years since 2020 and recently leased the new 2023 FSport IS 350 model from Tri County Lexus in NJ. The car is amazing, decent on gas for a sport car, and performs exquisitely. The newer version has even better safety and electronic features and the seats are surprisingly more comfortable, a perk I wasn’t expecting. The drive is soooo smoothe and it’s stunning on the road. Atomic silver/ red interior/ black trim/ chrome wheels. The service at Tri county is always top notch from the sales reps to the finance assistants. Friendly, helpful and really give a family feel. No complaints 3 years and counting! If you’re thinking about it, Go for it!

Tim Queen is your man if you want to purchase or lease a vehicle. He is just great! Compared to my last purchase of my current vehicle from another state tmy experience with Tim yesterday was phenomenal. He was very kind and patient and took his time to explain the different stages and processes of vehicle purchase, showed me the different vehicles they had that suited my preference, took me out on a test drive and really helped me gain perspective on getting the right vehicle to suit my lifestyle. After meeting him for the first time yesterday and spending some valuable time discussing the best options available to me I feel very confident that I can make a well informed decision on my next vehicle purchase! Thanks Tim and Merry Christmas! I will see you after the holidays

Lexus of TowsonReviews
Lexus of Towson review
Many of us have found buying a new or used car, can be a very frustrating and negative experience. However, my wife and I just had the most pleasant and positive car buying experience ever, in purchasing our Certified Pre-Owned 2025 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, all as a result of our Sales Consultant Jonathan Butler! Jonathan was the most professional, knowledgeable, and responsive automotive salesperson we have ever come in contact with. While for the most part, the staff at Lexus of Towson were always professional, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, for the exception for one Manager, Jonathan consistently exceeded our car buying expectations. Without a doubt, Jonathan Butler was the primary reason we decided to purchase our CPO RX 350 from Lexus of Towson, as apposed to numerous other dealers in our area! If you are in the market, or just thinking of purchasing a Lexus vehicle, do yourself a favor, and contact Jonathan Butler at Lexus of Towson, you will not be disappointed! Anthony Delauney

Lexus of Towson review
The Sales experience at Lexus of Towson was fantastic. From the beginning of our arrival to the Front Desk to the sales person to the head of Sales, everyone was absolutely wonderful as well as the person who did the financing and financial arrangements. Also, the technical people were quite helpful in helping my wife to understand the complexities of a new car with a lot of New Innovations. The car itself is absolutely amazing and it’s the first Lexus we’ve owned and we will definitely buy many more in the future.
2026 Lexus IS 350 review
I needed another car because my car was on the outs and I had been googling and reviewing cars for about 6 months and Lexus really caught my eye. The ratings and comparisons to like cars was what made my decision for me. I've had the car now for about 3 weeks and it is a joy to drive. There are some safety additions I have to get used to but overall, I'm pretty happy with this vehicle.

The entire facility maintained a welcoming environment that made the car-buying process feel incredibly smooth and stress-free. My primary point of contact was Bola, who provided exceptional service from start to finish. He took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and guided me through the logistics of securing a vehicle. Bola's communication was prompt, transparent, and highly knowledgeable, ensuring I felt confident and informed during every step of the transaction. The highlight of my experience was having Bola handle a custom order on a Lexus GS for me. He paid meticulous attention to every specific detail and option I requested for the vehicle. Thanks to his expertise and diligence, the custom ordering process was completely seamless, and the car arrived exactly as envisioned. I highly recommend Carget Motors and specifically suggest asking for Bola if you are in the market for a new vehicle. Their commitment to delivering personalized service and high-quality cars is truly unmatched. I am absolutely thrilled with my Lexus GS and will certainly return to them for my future automotive needs.

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

I recently purchased a 2020 BMW 540i, and I could not be happier with my experience. This is actually my second vehicle from this dealership, and once again, they have proven why they are my go-to choice. From the moment I walked onto the lot, the environment was welcoming, professional, and entirely stress-free. A huge thank you goes out to Wali and Diana, who went above and beyond to take care of me throughout the entire process. They are an incredible team—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Their customer service is top-notch, and they made the entire buying process smooth and seamless from start to finish. What truly sets this place apart is that they are a remarkably honest dealership. They are completely honest with their pricing and fully transparent about their vehicles, providing all the details upfront with absolutely no hidden surprises or shady sales tactics. It is rare to find a dealership that operates with this level of integrity, and it gives me total peace of mind as a returning customer. As for the car itself, it is immaculate. Just like my first purchase here, they specialize in very clean vehicles, and this BMW 540i looks and drives like it is brand new. If you want a straightforward, honest, and high-quality car-buying experience, I highly recommend asking for Wali and Diana!
2014 Lexus IS 350 review
Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.
