Our salesperson was so knowledgeable about vehicles that it helped make the decision to choose BMW over competitors easy for us. He was patient with us as we asked questions, and friendly with our children. We weren't sure we were going to buy a new BMW, but his willingness to work with us made the decision easy for us. We appreciated the low sales pressure environment as well!
We were on vacation from Nyc with my wife enjoying West Virginia when our car started shaking and baking and could barely move without severe shaking. Being that this was our sole means of transportation too as well as BACK from our trip we were distraught and didn't know where to turn. This is where Mike in charge of the service desk and Nissan stepped up and in. After explaining our dilemma to him even despite there shop being very full and busy with other repairs, Mike prioritized our car. Took some doing to find out what was wrong but after some serious diagnostic challenges it was concluded to be the rear drive shaft. Parts were ordered and our car was fixed within two days time. All the time Mike coordinated with us a car rental place so we could still enjoy our vacation, supplied status updates when I called which was several times and again had our car repaired as soon as possible. This was important to us as if its early in the day when the parts arrived and car repaired we would not have to spend more money on a hotel as we would have had to pay another night if it had not been repaired early in the day. His patience with us, kindness and empathy went a long way to turning a bad situation into a bearable one. He even assured us we would be fine the trip back 570 miles to Nyc with a new rear drive shaft, and we were!! Car ran like a top and we arrived home tired but safe and sound. Hats off to Nissan and their mechanics, employees and especially Mike at the service desk for showing us some southern hospitality and great customer service in our time of need.
James provided a professional but relaxing purchasing experience. I really appreciated his no-pressure approach. He answered all my questions and gave me the time that I needed to make various decisions. James also took the time to fully explain and demonstrate driving features of the car during the test drive. Jon Sanchez exceeded my expectations. I rarely buy cars and when I do it's always a stressful experience. He made me feel comfortable and really expressed his knowledge of the Lexus vehicle line up. The only reason I would return and or refer my friends here is because of him.
My warning came on and I called the service department questions ning the meaning and need for repair. I was able to bring my car in then and waited about 45 mins while the battery was changed. The coffee in the waiting room was delicious! Of course the repair was done efficiently and properly.

Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.
