Howard meron guided me as to how to access and work the many features on my NX. I was struggling and very unhappy with the car. He helped me by illustrating the features and how to work them. He did this in a very relaxed manner without rushing through things so I was able to absorb the information he was so helpful.

The dealership is very impressive - clean, well-lit and modern, with a fantastic refreshment area. Mark Malak was our sales rep and he was fantastic. Honest, fair and a genuine pleasure with whom to work - I will be recommending him to anybody who needs a Lexus in the Western suburbs. We closed our deal in less than an hour. Unfortunately, we must have arrived at the busiest time of the day because we had to wait over two hours to meet with the finance person. Joe Castillo was pleasant, but I was more than a little disappointed that he tried to tag me with an interest rate that was more than 1.5% over market - and was not even going to point it out before having me sign the final contract. When I threatened to walk out and obtain my own private financing, the rate magically dropped 1.4%. Joe did do a good job of explaining the other "finance" options - e.g., extended warranty, prepaid maintenance, gap insurance, etc. and was not overly pushy.

Special thanks to Charles Raslina who accommodated our requests and spoke our native language to help us to make the process pleasant and stress-free. We were treated very professionally and left the vehicle we were absolutely in love with. Very smooth and quick process. Loved every minute there!
I honestly have never had a better sales experience at an auto dealership. In November of 2017, I originally bought an IS 350 AWD and was sold based on the level of care and detail John Irantos put into the process. He walked me through some comparative stats on the IS versus some other cars I was looking at (BMW, Infiniti) and explained the strong relativity of the resale value. I work in sales and do not respond well to overly "salesy" folks and McGrath does not use that approach. They instead make you feel like family and respect you throughout the entire process. Fast forward to October 2018 and I was no longer in need of my vehicle as I plan to move to NY. Matt Fenton and the team at McGrath made the buyback process super easy (30-minutes tops) and gave me a fair and equitable offer. I highly recommend working with McGrath!
Drove 2 hours each way to buy an L Certified Lexus gs350. Ad said no damage and no accidents. Got to dealership and car has obvious collision damage to drivers side rear, and car had bald tires. L certification specifies that tires can be no less than 5/32 tread depth. Had they been up front with me I could have saved a lot of time today.
I could not believe how well I was treated, I purchased a vehicle from this dealer that was under 10K but was treated like I spent 50k everyone was friendly, and kind I would definitely do business with this dealer again.
I just bought a 2011 IS250 from McGrath! Bill Shamah was absolutely awesome! I'm only 21 years old so the car buying process was new to me and made me very anxious. Bill and Doug the finance person made me feel extremely comfortable and worked with me for over two weeks to make sure I got the car I wanted at a great price! Easy to deal with! They knew we were coming from an hour away and Rita had the SUV we were interested in all warmed up and ready to go for our test drive! In and out in about 3.5 hours from test driving to signing on the dotted line. Really, that's not bad considering my last car took 6.5 hours to buy!
