I had a great experience purchasing my 2025 Lexus NX 350h from Cerritos Lexus. This was about a two-month process for me because I wanted to make sure I was making the right decision, and the team was patient with me every step of the way. Daniel was my salesperson and was fantastic throughout the entire process. He always followed up, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured. When I had concerns about the payoff amount, he took them seriously and worked with the team to make sure everything was corrected before I signed. Luis stepped in on Daniel’s day off and made sure everything went smoothly on delivery day. Elaine took the time to answer my financing questions and explain the payoff process. Whalid gave me a fair value for my trade, which honestly made it possible for me to purchase the Lexus I really wanted. He not only listened to what I needed he made sure to look through inventory to find exactly the car I wanted. He is pleasant, knowledgeable and great to talk to. Ivan is the manager and he too made a genuine effort to find the car I needed and not one just to make a sale. David the finance person gave me a great percentage I was able to purchase the car I needed but really wanted.
