2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I am so THANKFUL for Carli here at JC Lewis service. In 2021, we bought a brand new CX5 and drove our way from IL to Savannah. There, I left the new car and my daughter. Being 700+ miles away, I get very anxious about her dealing with "dealerships" and possibly being taken advantage of. Recently the car just "stopped" and had an emergency brake issue. We had the car towed to JC Lewis where Carli and the service team went to work. I cannot tell you how WONDERFUL, PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, INFORMATIVE, KIND, all the feel-good words that Carli was and made me feel SO MUCH BETTER about my daughter having to deal with this. They had the car for about 3 weeks, provided a courtesy car and made sure to go over everything, made the repairs and then some. There were other issues that arose while they had it and I anxiously waited for a bill that could be in the thousands, but Carli was diligent in making sure anything that was covered under warranty, was. I cannot tell you how much I APPRECIATE her and her constant communication over the past 3 weeks. She didn't have to go that extra mile to put me at ease, as my daughter IS 26 :) but she did, and I am SO relieved. Seeing as this is the only Mazda dealership near my daughter in Savannah, she'll continue to bring her car there for all services. I did a lot of "homework" before we bought our Mazda's and if you're on the fence, Mazda (CX5) is the way to go & JC Lewis Mazda is the place for all your service needs. Thanks again Carli! I cannot say enough good things about John Dukes, Gary O’Steen and Rios! I had been looking for a new vehicle for at least two weeks. I was torn between a Land Rover and a BMW. I called the Hennessy Auto store in Atlanta and spoke with one of their salesman. Told them what I was looking for and the salesman said he would get back in touch with me. I guess he got too busy. The next store my husband called this week was Land Rover Jacksonville here in Florida. My husband told the salesman man which vehicle he wanted to purchase and that he needed a picture of the monroney sticker so he could send it to our credit union. The salesman told him it just got there off the delivery truck. He would contact my husband within the hour with everything he needed. That call/text/email never happened. So yesterday 10/21/2021 I took it upon myself to call the BMW store in Gainesville, FL. I had previous dealings with this store because they have done all the recall work on my BMW sedan. I called got to speak with John Dukes whom did not hesitate to help me. Mr. Dukes is a manager up there and he handled every aspect of my purchase. Gary O’Steen was the salesman that showed me everything on the 2021 BMW I purchased. Rios was the finance manager that handled the paperwork. I called this store yesterday morning and by that afternoon I was driving my new 2021 BMW home. Thank you again John Dukes for valuing my business! God bless.
