I have been coming to the same dealership since 2018 and have zero complaints. I don't feel like I am being "sold" too and my service rep is upmost and honest about what is required for general maintenance. I choose whether to have it serviced there or pass. I will continue to tell others to go there and hope they experience the same quality of service as I do.

Dorina Gonzalez at Lexus of Cerritos was amazing to work with. We told her exactly what we wanted, including a very specific exterior and interior color combination that was hard to find. She checked with other dealerships and kept in touch with me daily until she found the exact car we wanted. We purchased an RX 450h+ and love it so far! This is the fourth Lexus in our family, but our first brand-new purchase. We had an excellent experience with our previous certified pre-owned Lexus, and this experience was just as wonderful. Thank you, Dorina and the Lexus of Cerritos team!

Working with MB Laguna and their Internet Sales Department is always fantastic. I have leased or purchased over a half dozen vehicles from them over the past 10 years and most recently have worked with David Abrams who is phenomenal. While I live in North County San Diego and have several other MB dealerships in my area, they are unable to match the people and pricing of MB Laguna. I’m happy to be a loyal customer.

South County Lexus review
A couple of weeks ago we acquired a 2023 Lexus RZ 450e at South County Lexus at Mission Viejo. We are so happy with the car. Our salesman, Enzo Impagliazzo did a super job selling us on the car and helping us through the whole process of acquiring it. Enzo put no pressure on us to make a decision re: purchasing the vehicle Rather, he let the vehicle sell itself, With his real title as Guest Experience Manager, he proved his worth to South County Lexus in a big way In the process of helping us in our purchase, Enzo became more than an employee of South County Lexus He became a friend A good man indeed.
