My his his and and I came from Canada for a long way trip with our new car. We only star Omaha for a night, but the car displayed the oil maintenance needed. As we only stay Omaha for one night and needed a 9 hours drive to a other City. So urgent maintenance was required, I callled the LEXUS Omaha service center. The front told us that the appointments were complètely full for at least 3 days and have us an appointment at day 4. We could not wait and décided to try to take the chance to go the service center earlier in the morning without the appointment that day, the garage manager receipt us with warm and kind attitude and gave us service immediately. We really feel at home and appreciate such a great service. We would absoluteley give our heartiest thanks for such a kind and great service!!!

I took my car to Lexus of Omaha for 110,000 mile servicing on July 16. The assistant was very courteous and was able to meet me immediately and confirm that service would take up to two hours including time to wash the car after services. Jesse followed up with me after service was completed and he was very courteous and explained in detail what parts of the vehicle had been checked. He showed me what parts had been replaced and said the brakes and tires and other important parts were all within safe guidelines. My car was very clean and shiny after the wash.

He was thorough with everything, up front with the Carfax report, and answered any of my questions. He also had the patience of a saint when my phone was acting up while I was trying to get a picture of my previous vehicle's insurance brought up. The two gentlemen named David who assisted with the buying process and signing over of the vehicle I traded in were also excellent. They didn't try to throw on a bunch of costly bells and whistles like at other places, either. If you know what you're looking for, they absolutely are willing to work with you in whatever manner they can to get the best deal for you both.
