McGrath Lexus Chicago review
Mcgrath Lexus has an awesome service department. The service manager Mark Mc went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was completed at the time he promised. There's a great group of people in the service department. Keep up the good work. Thank you again Mark Mc.
2026 Lexus TX 500h review
For a relatively large SUV, my TX500h is both comfortable and remarkably powerful on acceleration. It holds 8’+ long lumber boards and is a great driving experience. It’s a bit pricey but worth it!

McGrath Lexus Chicago review
I did the entire transaction online, which can always be a bit stressful as the dealership is 10 hours away from me. Mike was my sales rep and I cannot imagine anyone being more responsive, thorough, and upfront about every part of the transaction. Professional, polite and personable, I always felt like I was in good hands. He picked me up at the airport, drove me back to the dealership, and I was on my way within an hour. I have purchased Mercedes, Audi, and other luxury brands, but this was by far the best customer service experience I have ever had purchasing a car. By the way, the vehicle, a Lexus LC 500 convertible is incredible as well!

I reached out to McGrath Lexus of Westmont in search of a new car. I texted them and they set me up for an appointment with Rita and I'm sooo glad they did. She's professional, patient and she provides excellent customer service. After a couple of test drives, I told her what I wanted and she delivered. McGrath Lexus and Rita were AWESOME! If you're in search of a new car, check out McGrath Lexus of Westmont and ask for Rita Barkstrom. ❤️

I went to McGrath Lexus service center to get an oil change and my experience was extremely pleasant. I came in with my 2 year old son and Mark went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated quickly and comfortable the entire time of service. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful which made this experience much better than I anticipated (due to me being there with a toddler). I am truly grateful for all of the staff especially Mark. I will be getting all of my services done at this location.

Fields Lexus GlenviewReviews
Fields Lexus Glenview review
My wife and I just purchased a brand new 2026 sedan from Fields Lexus in Glenview. The gentleman, Keith Tennyson, who sold it to us did a great job of doing so! We had given Keith a down payment on the new model last year; and we were hoping it would have come out sooner, but Keith made us comfortable for several months that Lexus was doing a great job of making sure the new sedan would be perfect for us. When we picked it up from Keith last week we could tell right away he was perfectly right. This is the second Lexus vehicle we have purchased from Keith; and, I will definitely be looking for Keith next year when I trade in my SUV for a new one. Sincerely, Jack Woodruff

Ben Swan was very helpful and very communicative. He made the trade in easy and fair. Linda made the paperwork very quick. Ben from technology gave us a complete walkthrough of all the cool features. Excellent service overall and we'd come back here if we were to buy another Lexus!

Where to I begin to explain how wonderful this dealership is? James Charm, my salesperson, was so understanding and patient. He took the time to explain everything I needed. I had some difficulties with the car I purchased and he resolved everything! I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Bernard Bryant, the sales manager was so friendly and helpful. The staff seem to get along very well and the atmosphere reflexes this feeling. This was definitely a different car buying experience for me! The staff here will make sure you are happy with your purchase! Thank you Mesa Lexus. I love my car!

Superstition Springs Lexus review
James and Lin were great. Night and day difference between this dealership and another I had gone too. It was my first time buying a car and I had already had Earnhardt Toyota nearby rope a dope me around for 5 hours with bs. I went in and they were able to get me the car I wanted at the price I could afford. This is stress relieving as I am a college student that works full time. They had me in and out in less than 3hours and they were easy to work with, were very straightforward, and had very little bs to drag you around and keep you there forever. Overall, great experience buying my first car.
