Was driving down US HWY# 1 in Sanford, NC. Spotted JT Auto, decided to stop in, and just look at the trucks. Didn’t plan on buying anything, just looking. The salesman, John Tew, was very informative, and we ended up buying a Nissan Frontier. Their prices are very reasonable. Did not love the styling at first but it's really growing on me.Looks way better in person than pictures. Very comfortable ride and quiet, top up or down. If you want to address the acceleration concern look to sc430mods.com they sell an accelerator modulator $99. It turns this car into a beast! and you can vary the rate of acceleration. This makes the car xxxx and git. love the mod, plug and play too. Also someone ask about backup camera, they also have a plug and play camera set up that lets you go right through the nav system, come on in reverse and goes back to nav all the rest of the time. Also added a bluetooth receiver $20 on amazon. my 2002 has a aux in the back so it plugs right in, press fm if aux comes up on screen it has a direct connect, sounds awesome. only early models had this I think. This is one great car!

Very smooth V8 engine/transmission, faster than most cars, the interior is perfect for me 6ft tall, sound system has some deep bass, I would marry my sc430 and I believe my sc430 would get the "Will" built to last, til deff du us

I have written a review of JT Auto mart in Sanford a while back that was not very good for them ...But I was wrong to jump to conclusions . I just purchased another car from them , and I was genuinely impressed with the integrity and genuine concern that John and Keith had for me ...And they made sure that I got a GREAT car at a good price !! Used car dealers generally have poor reputations but these guys at this location should be recommended to anyone that is in the used car market . The dealership has a Great selection at fair prices , AND they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers !!

Overall, I love this car. However, I have yet to figure out how the intermittent wipers work. Why did they put a cheesy clock that doesn't work in such an other wise fine car?

After a lifetime (I'm age 76) of owning six MBZ's I purchased a Lexus LS 460. You simply must get yourself behind the wheel of one of these cars to understand how amazing they are to drive. I have never owned a car that has impressed me like this Lexus.

Nothing short of exceptional! Great vehicle for cruising, commuting, or a family road trip. Lexus in my opinion is the best car out there. Me personally would not by anything else. Period!

The LX570 is extremely well designed and is a very attractive automobile. The LX has always provided me with comfortable, dependable, safe transportation. Just acquired another preowned Lexus! Excellent car, I’m enjoying it so far. The ES350 is my newest purchase, as I have owned several Lexus models (LX 470, GX 460, GX 470, LS 400, ES250, plus 3 Toyota trucks from the Japanese brand. Just brought my car in for a wheel alignment this time. The entire team makes me feel appreciated and their work is top quality. They provide a pre-work video of my car, in this case showing me the tire depth for all four tired, to let me know what they will be doing and show me the condition of my car. Does your dealership or auto shop do that?

The screeching sound when the electronic parking brake is activated is very annoying. Hopefully engineers can fix this issue. Several other newer Lexus models also make the noise.

First and foremost I want to start out by giving Mike a huge shoutout. Customer Service was A1!!! He made me super comfortable, as I was a nervous wreck considering this was my first time going through the car buying process in the US. He explained everything to me in detail even “dumbed it down” so my brain didn’t explode with all the information. He honestly made the process a pleasure. Secondly I want to thank Ms Robert’s the manager, she was amazing. Last but by no means least the business manager who took me over the finish line. The processed had stalled a bit but he worked his magic and got it together for me. I think I got the best 3 people to help me!!!! I LOVE my car too.. the icing on the cake of an amazing experience.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

I could not possibly be more satisfied with my experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford. I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE Premium on 4/25/18. First, I will say that my demonstration drive was highly enjoyable. I learned a lot about the vehicle, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. I have never purchased a Toyota, so I had a lot to learn about the features and benefits of the vehicle I was driving. When it came to negotiation, the process was a breeze and was very reasonable and comfortable. One day after taking delivery of the vehicle, my Entune model 100150 multimedia system with navigation unfortunately stopped functioning. As the vehicle was out of its manufacturer's warranty and it had not qualified for an extended service contract with its nearly 90,000 miles, the dealer was technically under no legal obligation to repair or replace the head unit. This is where Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford truly set themselves apart from every other dealer I've dealt with. Working collaboratively with my sales person Jonathan Nyquist, the store's General Sales Manager Charles Ellis, and their Finance Director Jason Bell, we reached an excellent solution. The team agreed that the dealership would split the cost of a brand new radio with me. The job was $1,000, and I did not have the $500 in cash to pay at the time for my half of the job. Jason in finance was able to negotiate with my lender to have my half of the radio replacement added to my financing, which only increased my payment by a couple of dollars. The team in the parts and service department also exceeded my expectations. My new radio was coming from California, and we expected it to arrive in about 5 days. Only two days after the parts department ordered the unit, I received a call from Chan Coleman in the service department letting me know that I could come in immediately to have the radio installed! The installation took under one hour, and my radio is now functioning perfectly. About one week after I purchased my vehicle, I received a mystery package in the mail from the dealership. The package contained two Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford coffee mugs and two bags of delicious cookie cups! The company was even so kind as to include the recipe for the delicacies they sent, and I'll certainly be baking them in the future. I cannot thank the team at Fred Anderson Toyota of Sanford enough for their hard work and dedication. This dealership has raised the bar for the entire industry. I highly recommend Jonathan Nyquist as a sales representative if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. I also had very positive interactions with Robert Jordan and Johnathan Whitfield in sales, going on very enjoyable test drives with each of them. The 2019 RX 350L used SUV I purchased at Lexus of Santa Fe is the most Technological and most options I have ever received in Vehicle ownership. This is my 5 th Lexus I have purchased and even though it is pre owned one ownership it is by far the best.

The only negative thing I can say about this car is that it lacks sportiness in both driving feel and appearance. but other than that, it is simply fantastic. Super reliable, low maintenance costs and drives very well. You simply can't go wrong with an ES350 (or it's lesser cousin, the Toyota Avalon). They last forever!

2018 Lexus ES350 purchased as Certified Pre Owned Typically receive great service from Germain Lexus. Car has decent acceleration, ride is good however seats can be some what hard after 6 hours behind the wheel, technology is lagging with no ability to upgrade in reference to android auto or apple car play, handling and breaking is very good.

Easy to work with and very nice people. Had a couple of questions/minor problems with the car I bought but was resolved each time in a quick and satisfactory manner. Would not hesitate to buy again from them. The problems were caused by my being a senior citizen and not knowledgeable about how I caused them. Not up to date on modern vehicles and their capabilities. Kudo's.

I traded my Range Rover Sport Supercharged in I was concerned about the low profile at first of my Lexus, but that went out the window minute I sit in the cockpit. I was transformed into pilot. This car in echo mode is a commuter car in sport it's a beast in manual mode it's a monster. I have been finding reason to drive I 💘 it

My only problem is why did Lexus put Bridgestone Turano 440 tires on these cars they're terrible tires for all weather and they make a ton of noise I ended up buying a good year comfort drive

After owning my Lexus ES 350 for over a year and desiring a larger vehicle it was a very easy decision to get a Rx due to the reviews and size. Very happy with my decision.
