Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

Thisc is my wife’s car and has about 60000 miles. This is 2024! She doesn’t drive a lot. I’m not in the car very often so I didn’t notice, but the dash has turned to goo. I made the mistake of putting my hand on it and couldn’t pull it off! I am hoping Lexus will understand this issue and fix it for me! Otherwise, I’ve got a crap car now.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

This car rocks. It plays two roles. If can be a Nice riding car in economy and in sport plus it handles well. I am on my second Gs F sport and sadly it’s dead on the vine from Lexus. To much emphasis on suvs in the world and the declining sales killed this car. But i put it up against any European car for its value and reliability

The good news? I found my car. The bad news? It was in Fontana! I live in Mission Viejo, O.C. What's even worse, the ride I arranged to take me back to pick it up, was taken to hospital with covid. Yikes! Well, I struggled to find an alternative ride yet it seems people just don't like Fontana. THANKFULLY, I had MATHEW as my salesman. He was a dream the moment I walked on the lot. MATHEW was very polite, non intrusive and he answered every question I had. I live on disability which isn't a lot but he helped me make a great deal and I was very happy. WHEW! Now, how to get it home. After 4 days, I still hadn't found a ride back to Fontana to pick up my new (Used) outback. MATHEW saved the day. He said he would deliver the Outback to me...And he did. My gratitude is huge. Every moment I was at Johnny's Motors, it was a stress free experience, which is so rare at most dealerships. I'm grateful to the owner for not insisting on 'wolfish' sales people that pester you at every step. MATHEW was fresh air in a hot room. He answered every one of my questions and seemed knowledgeable about all the cars. Yes, despite the distance, I will go back because I trust Johnny's Motors and I certainly am pleased with his team. Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

Johnathan's a weasel. Ask for Caleb he'll take great care of you. I skipped work and drove 3hrs to the dealership for my appointment only to find the car had been sold and Jonathan was nowhere to be found. Caleb was kind enough to step in and make things right.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.
