2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

2023 Lexus RZ 450e review
Absolutely love this car! Smooth, quite and just the right size. Beautiful interior and exterior. Some people complain about range but for me this works great. I'm getting between 3.7 and 3.9 kwh and a range of 255. It's a 2023 RZ450e AWD premium with 18 inch wheels. Not the longest range and not the fastest but true quality.

2023 Lexus RX 350h review
It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

2019 Lexus IS 300 review
My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

2013 Lexus LX 570 review
Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

2016 Lexus GX 460 review
Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. 2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. It was last minute, but he told me "sure come on, the car is here, and you can check it out". We drove to see him and when we got there, he greeted us and introduced himself and showed the car to us. He offered to take me for a ride to check it out and was very pleasant to deal with. After we were done, he told me he would take care of getting the financing done and would try to get me the best deal possible. After staying in contact with him about the car for about a week, he delivered on his word of getting the financing done. My wife and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to spend the money or not. Even after being indecisive about the purchase, he stayed patient with us and wasn't pushy. So, we finally told him we would come get the car and sign the paperwork. Once we arrived, I asked him if we could check the car over really good one last time before signing. He was cool with it and because we were already approved and had insurance on it, he said, "here take it out for a spin and let your wife see what it's like and when you are done come back and let's talk." We really enjoyed the car and told him when we got back that we wanted to discuss everything over lunch and would give him the final answer after eating. Ater talking, there was just a few issues that were concerning to me about going forward with the purchase. To be honest, they may not have been big deals but for us purchasing a car like this for the first time we figured it would be best to wait until we find one that just made everything feel right. He understood and even offered to take care of the issues, but my wife and I just still weren't there on the car. As an owner of a European car repair shop there was just a few things that made me not want to go through with it. The R8 was beautiful and felt solid and like I said it was small things that probably wasn't a big deal, but they changed my mind. We didn't go through with the purchase, but it had nothing to do with Travis and how he conducted business. It was just mainly me being nitpicky on things. I never asked him to take care of the issues at all. He offered to do it. So, I must say coming from a business owner myself and dealing with customers on cars, I appreciate that a lot. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I would still consider purchasing an R8 from him if he were to get anymore that just makes my wife and I say, "yes this is the one for sure". I understand that everyone is going to have a different opinion about a business and their experience, and you can't please everyone all the time. I deal with it at my shop from time to time. I'm basing my review off of my personal experience here. Travis, if you read this man, we genuinely appreciate your time, professionalism and integrity. Thank you for being patient with us and I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal at the time.
2015 Lexus RX 350 review
I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

2014 Lexus RX 350 review
I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

2018 Lexus LS 500 review
Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.
