2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review

2016 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

2023 Lexus GX 460 review
I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

2020 Lexus IS 300 review
I owned a Lexus ES350 and went to a Ford Explorer. After about six months I realized I was not happy in the Ford and wanted a Lexus again. The car is very comfortable. I'm 6'1 and have no issues in the fit in the drivers seat. I love the design of the interior. I do miss Apple Play, but it isn't a deal breaker. However, it is technology a Lexus should have. I like the wheel better than the pad for the tech system as I think it is easier to navigate. I love the get up and go I have from the engine. It is just enough to know you are stepping on the gas while not being too much. Overall I am very pleased with this car. It is comfortable, performs well, and looks good. You can tell you are in a luxury car versus something bathed in plastic. Lexus has a customer for life here.

2024 Lexus GX 550 review
The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

I went to automation to have an Engine Maintenance Required message checked out. At first I was told it was just for regular scheduled maintenance, which I had just had done. The message was cleared and if I went. 3 miles down the road, the message was back on so I went back. They needed to do a diagnostics test on it to see what was wrong. Turned out, it was a valve they replaced for free! While waiting, I received a text saying my car, a RAV4 was in high demand and they offered me a very good price for it. I figured, it didn’t hurt to look at the inventory to see what they had. I worked with Ronnie, which was great - 0 pressure! I found a car I really liked and got a great price for it. Then came the finance guy - and the pressure to purchase an extended warranty. He spoke with my husband over the phone, who would not be pushed, and kept saying he want trying to push us into buying the warranty but that it just made sense to get it. I was able to get through everything without the extended warranty and do really like my car. It’s a shame you can’t just go in and buy what you want - like any other store - and not get the pressure. I would recommend writhing with Ronnie though and my overall experience was good.
2025 Lexus RX 350 review
I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

2015 Lexus RX 350 review
I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

2019 Lexus RX 350 review
This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would like to share my experience here and dealing with Travis over the last week and a half. My wife and I contacted him about a 2017 Audi R8 on a Saturday that we were in Atlanta for a Braves game. I told him we were interested in looking at the car for potential purchase. It was last minute, but he told me "sure come on, the car is here, and you can check it out". We drove to see him and when we got there, he greeted us and introduced himself and showed the car to us. He offered to take me for a ride to check it out and was very pleasant to deal with. After we were done, he told me he would take care of getting the financing done and would try to get me the best deal possible. After staying in contact with him about the car for about a week, he delivered on his word of getting the financing done. My wife and I went back and forth on whether we wanted to spend the money or not. Even after being indecisive about the purchase, he stayed patient with us and wasn't pushy. So, we finally told him we would come get the car and sign the paperwork. Once we arrived, I asked him if we could check the car over really good one last time before signing. He was cool with it and because we were already approved and had insurance on it, he said, "here take it out for a spin and let your wife see what it's like and when you are done come back and let's talk." We really enjoyed the car and told him when we got back that we wanted to discuss everything over lunch and would give him the final answer after eating. Ater talking, there was just a few issues that were concerning to me about going forward with the purchase. To be honest, they may not have been big deals but for us purchasing a car like this for the first time we figured it would be best to wait until we find one that just made everything feel right. He understood and even offered to take care of the issues, but my wife and I just still weren't there on the car. As an owner of a European car repair shop there was just a few things that made me not want to go through with it. The R8 was beautiful and felt solid and like I said it was small things that probably wasn't a big deal, but they changed my mind. We didn't go through with the purchase, but it had nothing to do with Travis and how he conducted business. It was just mainly me being nitpicky on things. I never asked him to take care of the issues at all. He offered to do it. So, I must say coming from a business owner myself and dealing with customers on cars, I appreciate that a lot. He was very professional and easy to talk to. I would still consider purchasing an R8 from him if he were to get anymore that just makes my wife and I say, "yes this is the one for sure". I understand that everyone is going to have a different opinion about a business and their experience, and you can't please everyone all the time. I deal with it at my shop from time to time. I'm basing my review off of my personal experience here. Travis, if you read this man, we genuinely appreciate your time, professionalism and integrity. Thank you for being patient with us and I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal at the time.

2014 Lexus RX 350 review
I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

2015 Lexus GX 460 review
Very comfortable ride and seats, reliable, and great visibility. Love the Mark Levinson sound system, it is excellent! We bought it 10 months ago with 53,000 miles on it and still looks and drives like brand new. I love how whisper quiet it is, no road noise, and there is not a squeak or rattle anywhere in the vehicle. Lexus is definitely in a class of it's own. It is so easy to keep it showroom clean, which makes it still look brand new. When seeing it, no one believes it is 9yrs old.

2025 Lexus GX 550 review
Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

2023 Lexus LX 600 review
The V6 is more powerful vs the V8 in the LX 570, the apple car play eliminates the pour controls for stereo, and the new interior is excellent. Overall very happy with the new model, and love the appearance package, with black wheels. Combined with Lexus dealer service great product and service!

2024 Lexus RX 350 review
Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Overall, very good car. Reliable. Requires only routine service thus far. Too much road noise. The car sits low- at times it is difficult to get into the car.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

2025 Lexus NX 250 review
downsized from previous generation RX350 to NX350h. little smaller but performance is in par with the V6 but double the MPG. Safety system is definitely improved and 14 inch screen is plenty large and easy to use. wireless Android/CarPlay works seamlessly. ride with 18 inch wheels and firm/soft suspension provides good long distance comfort. overall a solid value compared to GV70 and GLC300 we were cross-shopping.

2024 Lexus NX 350 review
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

2020 Lexus ES 300h review
Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.
