Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

These cars are an amazing value. Quite simply many people hate the styling. Hence a low price. Nothing I write matters on this. You like it or don’t or put up with it for the value. The interior is simply stunning. Other than a Bentley I had no other car I’ve seen is nicer inside. Quality materials. Nice leather. Stunning real wood. And unlike anything else a way to cover the nav screen with a wood door. Stereo is excellent. Ride quality is fantastic for long trips. No. Not a super fast car in corners. Fast enough and very comfortable. Engine is silky smooth and whisper quiet. Except when you floor it you get that v8 growl. Again not a dragster but plenty powerful enough. The roof is magic. A hardtop coupe most of the time but a fantastic open top with minimal buffeting. Reliable. Very reliable. Excellent Lexus service if needed. Our 2004 has merely 60k miles and zero repairs. Many of these are low miles. Toyota reliability is a great comfort. Big and heavy and safe. Plenty of airbags and great brakes. Mass is safer than lighter cars. Do the negative? It is not easy on gas. Styling is either love or hate. Navigation system cannot be updated and CarPlay is not available although there are kits to add it including nav music and phone. So the electronic toys are dated. To give you an idea my new car is a Porsche 911. Modern. But on long trips or just getting from A to Z the Lexus is first choice. Porsche is more modern and exciting but … not as beautiful inside nor comfortable. I totally recommend this if the styling and gas mileage and electronics are not an issue. The value is unbelievable and unbeatable.

I bought a used 2018 NX 300 and I love it. The only drawback is the gas mileage is not good. Overall it’s a classy vehicle.

i am a new buyer so i went there first because i heard very good things about carmax...they are excellent in the cars they sale...no dealing with the annoying cars sales men...there you go with an idea of a car and get it...well hopefully because they dont have a big inventory so before you go check the website...they littelly have all the cars they have so you dont waste time looking for one...bad thing :( when you have a car you want... dont hisatate...because before u know it its gone... i have lost about 5 cars for histateting...well i was looking at the car value in kelly blue book and when i was ready to buy it (with in one day) it was gone!!! so DONT HISATATE!!!

In October, 2023, I bought the 2024 RX450h+ (PHEV) Copper Crest exterior and Semi-Aniline Peppercorn Leather interior, & loaded with every option, except trailer hitch, from Longo Lexus (El Monte, CA). It has been a superb Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle -- powerful, economical, of good utility, very comfortable, and a real pleasure to drive. And yes, the Copper Crest COLOR (AKA "Sonic Copper") gets compliments every few days. Only 15,000 miles on it as of 9/15/25 and will never willingly part with it. It's an Albuquerque, New Mexico vehicle in dry air, gets regular maintenance, and has zero issues.

I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.

I've had this car for 7 years and it still goes as well as the day I bought it. A friend drove it the other day and was so impressed he's going to buy one too. The handling and quiet understated design gives me everything I want. Next to buy is the IS350 with a bit more power.

I was very happy with my experience. Haidar, Dara and Purya were great. I wanted a pre-purchase inspection, and they drove it to the service shop for me. When I bought the car, they helped arrange shipping. There were no extra fees like unnecessary dealer fees. They worked quickly with the DMV, so I got tags and title very quickly. They met every commitment they made to me.

Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

If you require financing, get pre-approved BEFORE venturing out there. I have seen too many reviews where the sales rep gets a bad rap for putting somebody in a car that they do not want. It's not necessarily the fault of the salesman; it takes two to make a transaction. Again, research the cars FIRST (carfax is just a click away...) and research the dealership. Knowledge is power, and with such a large purchase, why would you NOT do the proper research? Additionally, expect the transaction to take some time. We're not buying a dozen eggs here! Consumers need to understand that there is a bit of research and document preparation, that takes place on the dealer's end as well: release of liability, proof of insurance, and other compliance regulations required -by the state- from the dealer, to remain in business! Coming from out of state (Reno, NV), I knew what I wanted before making the trek to University Honda. I found the car through cars.com, and researched the lineage (go carfax!). I knew the Kelly Blue Book value of both the pending purchase AND my trade in, and contacted the dealer to arrange for a test drive. Upon arrival, Fred Walker had the car ready and waiting for us. He and the rest of the University Honda team were professional, pleasant , and accommodating. What more could we want? I wanted a very stylish and sexy luxury car with a gorgeous and comfortable interior with a huge easy-to-use touchscreen with bulletproof reliability and eye-popping gas mileage that was still fast and fun to drive. I was referred by my brother and I am glad I listened to his advice. I bought a 2014 Lexus GS350 at the time I didn't realize that the tire pressure light was on. Next morning I called and spoke with Noman and told him about the light. He helped me with setting up an appointment with his shop and took care of the problem(two of the tire sensor were bad) at no cost. I have put 5,000 miles on my car and not a single problem.

My hubby and I just purchased this vehicle a few months ago and were concerned about how old this car was. We were looking for a newer model but our friend owns a dealership and told us that this was the best one on the lot when u compared everything. At 20 yrs old, it didn't have one scratch, the interior was in perfect condition and it only had a 100,000 miles on it so the previous owner only put an average of 5,000 miles per year. We drive it back n forth to work and i do my weekly errands w it. We also own a Toyota Camry, a GMC Sierra 3500, a Toyota Ranger and a Harley Davidson motorcycle but this has been our new go to vehicle and prob will be going forward. U just feel different when ur in an SUV and when its a luxury vehicle like this one, its just top notch. I highly recommend this vehicle and i promise if any problems arise, i will come back on here and do an updated review. Happy holidays ....🎄
