The customer service that Mike Huttleston provides is top notch. He is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and not rushed. We mentioned that we had a stain on the interior roof of the car and he had his detail people remove it when we took the car in for the 25,000 mile checkup.

Dropped off my car and received it back in a timely manner. Everything went well. They even gave me a ride to my office which was great.

After driving a Lexus ES 350 for the past 12 years, this is my first SUV. Really like all but one aspect of this car. It gets great mileage on long trips, but most of my driving is local and the mileage is sub 15 Mpg even with premium gas. That’s my only complaint.
The representative who made my appointment over the phone was gracious and accommodating. I needed an appointment before I left for a road trip and she found a way to fit me in. She is an excellent representative of your company and dealership. The technician who helped me, Mike, was very efficient and accommodating. He arranged for a loaner car and had my car ready in a very reasonable amount of time. Your dealership always treats us like valued customers.
Best Looking AWD sedan out there.

Let's just talk about the front of this car! Just the presence and has the looks of an exotic super car. With the AWD living in WA it's perfect for me.
The only maintenance you will need to consider is the tires. They get expensive so don't get them from the dealership. Lifetime alignments at Firestone for your AWD system and you're good to go.
As always Brady took great care of our Lexus and Mike her counterpart gave us excellent recommendations for new tires. It was timely suggestion since we were going on a long road trip. I would strongly recommend This dealership and their world class services department

Stylish, dependable, superior handling and all around great car. Though the car is a bit pricey, it is worth every penny you spend on one. The ride like a dream.
I brought my vehicle for 10K Service got helped right away..They preformed the service needed For my vehicle and service writer explain it to me after that everything look good on my vehicle... Very happy that service was quick And friendly staff...

I would not buy it again. The new Fords as well as the BMW's and other ares are more focused on innovation and user needs. Even Lexus Navigation maps are very out of date and they refuse to use Google as a source.
Nick Cruz provided excellent customer service for my 95,000 mile service. Nick was very helpful in getting me in and out without any down time. Great job Nick!

Absolutely love everything about the car. I would only say I’m missing a bit of storage in front (sunglasses, etc). Love the size, options, speed, comfort - smooth ride. Everything else is perfection!!
Got my car from Jeremy in 2016. He???s great to work with, very patient, professional, and takes good care of his clients. He even follows-up with us 2 years later :). If I???m ever in the market for another Lexus, Jeremy is my go-to. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for great customer service! Thanks Jeremy :)
Couple of disappointments

This is my 5th Lexus ES (2018 ES 350). Excellent car. Never had a problem with any of them. However I do have some gripes. They are management related, not a fault of the car. For the 1st year, I was able to use the remote cellphone app which enabled me to check my car's location, start the car remotely, etc. After the 1st year the remote app stopped working & I was told I could pay a monthly fee to reactivate it. This rubs me the wrong way. That app should be included for as long as the 1st owner has the car. The other gripe I have is the remote start would work from the key fob by pressing a specific key sequence. That also stopped working after the 1st year. Even when it did work, the car would shut off as soon as you opened a door. That doesn't make sense. The problem this causes is that I have a one-car garage. I keep the Lexus in the garage so it is not a huge issue. However my wife has a Lincoln SUV which we keep parked outside. We live in PA where winters can be cold. My wife uses the remote starter all the time. She will be trading her car in next year & I suggested she get a Lexus SUV. She said absolutely not because she can't live without the remote starter Especially one that turns off when you open a door. Most definitely a LOST SALE.
It was Saturday morning to complete buying my Lexus. Daniel definitely needs training or higher leadership has to send him for customer service training. He should know about the basic customer service. He was very bad. Thank you.

Very comfortable - great design - navigation system leaves room for improvement - exterior styling is great - great ride comfort , seating and interiors .
The purchase of my new RX 350 was the easiest and most relaxed of any I've had in the past. Everyone at Lexus of Roseville was friendly and accommodating, explaining all the steps in the process and making me feel comfortable. I was never pressured and was given ample time to make my decision. Scott Silverman was particularly helpful. I brought my previous Lexus to this dealership for service, which was excellent, and will definitely return here for service and future purchases or leases.

The RX 350 met all of my needs and more! Very comfortable and smooth drive. The RX makes it easy to navigate, call and listen to the radio without taking your eyes of the road.
Scott took all the time needed to answer our questions and concerns. Found him to be very customer focused and easy to work with. We haven't purchased a new car in many years and Scott made our experience with Lexus of Roseville a positive one.

Very noisy on road and not enough leg room.
Quite surprised that this type of vehicle is so nosy on road (after the second set of tires) and that legroom is insufficient.

I greatly enjoyed my experience with Lexus of Roseville. Richard spoke to me with kindness and expertise from the get go. I felt confident throughout the entire buying experience and even went out of his own way to obtain the exact specific lexus I wanted. We had some issues during the buying process but Richard and the other salesmen kept apologizing and made it well in the end. I ended up walking out with a Lexus IS 300 F sport!! Loving the car ever since I test drove it! I will definitely be returning to this dealership and recommending it to friends and family!! :)

Looking at getting back into an RX450h as a second car after trading our 2010 Rx450h for a three row pilot. Want to get back to the smooth ride of Lexus again.
Scott Silverman made our vehicle search most satisfying. It was time to replace our car after 23 years. In our search, I had looked at a Lexus, but thought it was out of our price range. While visiting other vehicle dealerships, I got a call from Scott Silverman and convinced us to at least take a look. Scott showed us several Lexus ES350's that were in our price range. We test drove the vehicle and then sat down with Scott to discuss purchasing the vehicle. Our decision to buy the ES350 was based on several factors. Scott was very personable and informative. He answered all of our questions, honestly. Surprisingly, the price was competitive with the other makes of cars we had looked at previously. We were able to agree on a price quickly and were satisfied with our purchase. Secondly, the certified pre-owned program was a major plus in our decision to buy the ES350. Lastly, after test driving the vehicle, we were definitely impressed with the performance and quality of the ES350. Since buying our ES350, we continue to be impressed with the dealership in their effort to ensure our vehicle ownership is satisfying and enjoyable.
Very bad quality, A/C Problems, 2015 models

Very poor quality, just past 50,00 miles and A/C blows hot air. Can not image this bad from Lexus. My Kia and Toyota had no A/C issue for over 100,00 miles. This is my first Lexus and will be the last. Not reliable at all.
I went by Lexus Of Roseville two times recently, once with my wife and once on my own. Boris was very helpful with a test drive of a GS350 on both occasions He is very knowledgeable and willing to work hard for our business. We didn't purchase at this time but I will definitely buy a Lexus from Boris when we are ready
This car has been very reliable and economical.

This car has been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. And, I’ve owned at least 20 vehicles in my lifetime. I’ve not had any extra expenses.

I made the right choice by purchasing this vehicle. I love all that this vehicle has to offer. I will stay with the Lexus family of vehicles
What's there not to like, soft ride, good acceleration and braking, fit and finish is second to none, mechanically similar to Avalon, easy and cheap to get it fixed if needed. Uses regular unleaded which is big plus. One of the best warranties out there although I doubt you'll be needing it, very reliable.
Hybride...a must! Gas to much expensive, electric too long to charge, not enough autonomy especially in winter. The fiability of Toyota or Lexus is recognized all over the world!!!
