We found a great deal on an off-lease CPO Kia Telluride at Liberty Kia through cars.com. We made initial contact with the dealership late at night and wanted to come by the next morning to look at the vehicle. We were on our way to the dealership before we were contacted to setup an appointment. No worries, Tony our salesperson was still welcoming and considerate eventhough we missed making an appointment and eventhough he was working with another customer. After a few minutes we were shown the vehicle. It was in beautiful condition. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Discussed price briefly with Tony and made the deal. The sale price and other fees were all detailed on their website and was what was expected. No extras. No 10 trips to the manager. No BS. Just nice and easy. We made the deal but we needed to come back later to complete the transaction and work through financing. Tony made arrangements to have us picked up at the nearby train station for the vehicle pickup. Bernadette in financing made the financing process quick, easy and reasonable. No BS there either. Never felt like we were waiting around. I've leased or purchased about 20 cars and this transaction is among the best I've experienced. It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. The truck looks nice, rides nice and it a great place to spend time. I’m looking forward to many years of enjoyment since these vehicles are known for their legendary reliability.

I'll start by saying that I didn't purchase a car form here yet only because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. In a time where these shady dealers are posting rock bottom prices and then adding 2-4K in nonsense dealer fees, it's refreshing to see that they're just selling you a car without the nonsense. There is a dealer fee, but it's reasonable. I wish more dealers would employ these practices. I worked with Antonio and he wasn't pushy and very professional to work with. I'm keeping my eye on their website to see if a car pops that fits my needs.

I bought this car with a 110000 miles on it. 3 years later, I'm approaching 300000 miles and all I've done is change oil tires and brakes. Great reliable piece of transportation.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Love this vehicle. It is on a frame so it will not ride like a plush luxury vehicle but it rides and handles very well. Lexus detuned the motor bit. A little more power might have been nice but it not designed, nor do I want, a rocket. In fact, when I learned that Lexus was going to also retire this very reliable 8 cyclinder and offer twin turbo v-6s, we bought a second one. We get 18-22 miles per gallon from a reliable motor which will should last hundreds of thousands of dollars. This turbo stuff, just like the ev stuff represents false economies and will result in the death of such vehicles way before they need to be junked.

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.
