When I asked for an inspection performed by an independent bmw dealer he agreed to this. He wanted to sell the car but moved at my place. A neighborhood used car dealer that will continue to grow. Had my 2016 gx for a year and a half now got it wit 50,000 miles 2 previous owners drove it across the country twice has a 113,000 miles now and hasnt given me one problem just regular service and maintenance. I highly recommend this vehicle. Switched to lexus from GM and its the best decision I ever made.

Such an easy process! Communicated with the sales rep what I needed and was on a time crunch and they made it happen. Was in and out of the dealership in record time. Also, their finance manager was able to work extra deals on my behalf, which was fantastic coming in at a lower price than I anticipated with warranty and gap insurance included, absolutely fantastic! If you're like me, taking your car for service is right up there with going to the dentist. At BMW of Rochester Hills the team works above and beyond to make the process easy.  I'm not an easy customer, I blow in and out of the service depart like it's a pit stop at Detroit Grand Prix. Tonight I realized I had forgotten to grab my spare house key. My service advisor had ask me earlier that morning, "do you need any of these keys" and I said 'no' thinking I had a spare.  Not so and now, after normal business hours, I was locked out of my home. Perplexed as to if I call a locksmith, a local hotel or a friend for a night on their sofa... I contacted BMW of Rochester Hills via social media to let them know of my precarious situation. Within minutes they had contacted me back, circled the wagons and found a solution.  Not only did they rise far beyond expectations, later that evening they proactively reached out to confirm I had made it home safely.  That is customer service! The team at BMW of Rochester Hills recognizes that completing a transaction (be it sales or service) isn't the end but part of the process of building a long term relationship with a customer.  They are truly committed to delivering top notch service and genuinely care that your needs are addressed.  While I don't suggested you lock yourself out of your home to test the validity of my recommendation, I would highly recommend BMW of Rochester Hills, if you are looking for an organization that values you as a customer.

I purchase my car brand new. Considering the brands history and parts the car is reliable. I get about 300 miles on a fuel tank. The fuel mpg js reasonable for the size of the vehicle. The speed is a plus. I’m able to transport and carry cargo items. One disadvantage is the rear cargo area (smaller) because of the extra battery or engine. However, you can place the seats down to make the space. Transporting people at the full capacity (7) and luggage will not work. It’s quiet and the technology is superb. It’s very spacious in the inside and I’m excited. My local commutes have been well. I’ll have to see how it works on the road with the smaller fuel capacity but the pros outweigh because you get better gas mileage.

I?ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Service is always efficient. I will turn to champion for all my future vehicle needs.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Simply came in to pick up a vehicle that was having the sensors adjusted. Picked it up, the car was washed, the people were gracious and we were on our way.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

We are a Lexus family because the cars are graceful and reliable. We will never drive anything else. We have a 2006 Rx 330 with 300,000 miles and it’s still going strong. Never a problem…just the usual-brakes, tires and oil changes, batteries. I drive a 2011 ES 350 sedan that I bought used. 2 years old. Now has 110,000 miles. Still shiny and fresh looking. So nice to have a dependable vehicle. I think my drivers side seat is a little broken down and I am not a heavy person. I use a special cushion for comfort. I realize newer cars have more bells and whistles..but what’s the point of trading a great car for a bigger cup holder? We are older. When we are ready to go down to one car we will trade them both for another Lexus!!!!! Best car on the road! My son has been a top rated auto mechanic for 26 years-not American made-and he concurs. Love our cars!

The car was in the exact conditions as they indicated, it was ready for a test drive and they told me clearly what services they have made and what was pending. Great experience, no hassle, we bought the car and will be back when we look for another Subaru.

Timeless reliability and power when you need it as these trucks get older, you realize how well they are made. They only really need basic maintenance and every hundred thousand miles replace the plugs, the belts and all the juices and it will keep going as smooth as butter the only thing you wanna keep an eye on is the suspension however it is not a dealbreaker it can be dealt with with a proper technician. They will be going for another 50 years for sure.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I've gotta say, my car buying experience at Serra Ford for the Ford Ranger was freakin' amazing! The whole team there was top-notch, especially Rachel Kupke, my salesperson. She was on the ball, super attentive, and knew everything about the Ranger and Ford's other offerings. Rachel made sure I got exactly what I wanted and answered all my questions like a pro. Candy Serra, the sales manager, was also awesome. She personally made sure I was happy and really helped with the financing process. Candy really cared about making my experience top-notch. The rest of the Serra Ford crew was fantastic too. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze. I walked in and felt right at home. And let me tell ya, the Ford Ranger itself is one badass truck. The Serra Ford team knew their stuff and helped me find just the right one. They explained all the different options, safety features, and cool tech stuff. All in all, I can't recommend Serra Ford enough. If you're lookin' for a new Ford Ranger or any other vehicle, go check 'em out. You won't be disappointed. I have a 2013 , 350 RX and I have ONLY taken it to Lexus of Ann Arbor all these years…. I have never had a problem with this wonderful car and I think it’s due in large part to keeping it well maintained by Lexus of Ann Arbor. The service people are great and the service is done in a timely manner!

Rides great high priced vehicle not worth 70,000 maybe 45,000 other than price runs great looks great after a year.would recommend Toyota quit price gauging your gonna lose customers for this.

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

I bought my GS F about a year ago and have been enjoying it ever since, adding about 12,000 miles already. What a great all-around sports sedan that can be used for everything from commuting to work to track days to road trips! The power from the naturally aspirated V8 is plenty of fun, especially when you put the car in it's various sport modes, while in "normal" mode the car drives like any other Lexus sedan. Handling in the twisties is phenomenal with the TVD (torque vectoring differential) which comes standard on the GS F. Mark Levinson audio is a must; this system blows other manufacturer's "premium audio" options out of the water, including B&W, Burmeister, and other "high end" brands used in Mercedes, BMW, and the like. One thing to look out for if you're buying one of these cars used is the carbon fiber trim on the interior likes to start delaminating. It is a fairly common issue with these cars, and it seems like the hotter climates tend to cause it to happen more frequently than not. This is a very expensive fix if you want to use the OEM parts through the dealer. Summary: if you're considering a GS F, just do it, or at least go drive one. You likely won't be disappointed. This car is a great value for the money and it can feel like you're driving something much more expensive than it is.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.
