Love this car. Smooth ride, easy to understand the technology, good gas mileage. I traded in a Lexus NX as it was too hard to understand. This car has all the same features but much easier to drive and use.

The dealer has excellent communication skills and was quick to reply to my inquiry of availability. We were greeted right away by another sales person and directed to our salesman without any typical dealer shenanigans. Prior to our arrival we had requested to have the vehicle on a lift for me to inspect as I have 30 years of dealership service department experience myself. They obliged without hesitation allowing me to spend 20 minutes under the vehicle to do a thorough inspection. We sat with our salesman directly afterwards and as expected haggled a bit over pricing. After 15 minutes we came to an agreement and signed a deal. These people are extraordinarily professional. Absolutely zero games as I’ve seen personally over 3 decades. I can't say anything bad about this dealership and my experience. From Roberto, my sales rep to Jake the manager, and Ryan the GM, I was very impressed and felt very accommodated and cared for. I felt I got a good deal with my new Nautilus (which I love). Roberto was very patient with all my text questions and answered immediately. Was the shortest time I'd ever spent purchasing and picking up a vehicle at a dealership! Very much appreciated. I WILL go back for service and probably my next car. Some people put in their reviews the building needs updating, but I say keep the prices low and don't go overboard, and who cares if you can be in and out in a short time!
