I love coming to Varsity Lincoln whenever I need an oil change. They are attentive as soon as you pull in. Without having an appointment, I usually get my oil changed within an hour. They will follow-up with you as soon if possible if additional work has to be done. They will also alert you to any possible future maintenance. Although I did not purchase this car from Varsity Lincoln, my future car will definitely be purchased through this dealership.
Stepping into a dealership, as a single professional woman is uncomfortable and feels risky because of previous dealings with other dealerships. I’ve been told many things over the years by other dealers that were nothing more than spins off truths and lofty sales lines. I ended up (finally) being very comfortable with every member of the Varsity team that I came into contact with. Jim Montroy was understanding of my apprehension and fears making a such a large purchase. He was honest, PATIENT, very transparent with me. Jim took the time to understand my concerns, answer (all) my questions and gave me solutions and alternatives. Varsity and Jim M have won me over. They have a great selection of stock and will do right by you.

My daughter needed a car fast after she got into an accident. We didn’t really know her options. My car was totaled from the insurance company. To say I was stressed was an understatement, since I wasn't planning on buying a new car anytime soon. Doug was a great salesman. He did not try to over sell the car I was interested in. He answered all my questions . when I made an offer, he took it to the manager and we came to an agreement. The whole deal was very quick with no issues. The car is what I expected. I would recommend this salesperson to anyone I knew was looking for a good used car.

Waiting area and the whole new car area is in desperate need of updates. Feels old and dirty. Service department is the only reason I go and that isn't much better. The last 2 visits, one or two service writers working and they do not like making eye contact to acknowledge you.

The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
