My car has so much damage that I thought the Insurance company was going to total it, so I inquired about a car on your lot. The salesman called me and I explained that we had not settled the case and he was very nice and asked if I would like to come and drive it and I told him I would but wanted to wait until I reached a settlement. He wasnt so pushy that he made me want to turn away. I was thankful for that.

I had test drive a Lexus when I test drive at Lincoln MKC it was just a comfortability when I was driving it it feel like me I knew then I wasn't going to stop until I got me a Lincoln MKC I'm very happy please grateful and humbled to God he made it possible.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

What a wonderful car! It rides so beautifully and I am really enjoying all the bells and whistles there are on this car. My ride to and from work is a treat when sitting in this gorgeous interior. And the sound system...wow!

Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

We used to own BMWs,but are enjoying our Lincolns MKC Reserves much more.Got tired of service issues and cost with the BMWs.
The Lincoln MKC's handling and throttle response is very good in "SPORT MODE,but "COMFORT MODE" makes long trips extremely comfortable.
Would like to see a few more MPGs in the AWD models in the future.
Vroom has excellent customer service and follow-through. My process had complications and Vroom worked with me to make it right. I will definitely purchase from Vroom again.

I've driven Honda products since 1989 and most recently a 2007 Acura RDX. A family member recommended I try test drive a 2017 MKC. The technology is amazing, sound system superb, the attributes are endless
Brought my Sierra in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned to Kyle, the service adviser, that was a knock in the front end when I turned the wheels fully to the right or left. Kyle checked the service bulletins and found a bulletin to tighten the control arm bolts. They had my truck serviced and the control arm bolts done in about an hour. I would recommend Chris Myers highly to anyone. Thank you for such great service! Roy Titus

I love this SUV. It is so comfortable. The ride is smooth and I love the extras, heated seats, heated steering wheel, double sun roof, navigator.
The tires look awesome and the body does too. I love everything about it!
I recently bought my second vehicle from Eastern Shore Hyundai. I worked with a awesome sales rep Santiago and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was able to get the vehicle I needed at a fair price. Carl, the sales manager was also fabulous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative I can say is I felt very pressured and unnerved by the paperwork / finance gentleman to purchase some add on's I wasn't planning on which made my note go higher than I really wanted. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased.

This car feels and drives heavenly! As a first time LINCOLN buyer, I am very pleased with the car! Smooth and easy driving! Everything about this vehicle says “classy”.
I’ve driven a Ford for years, but was about to try a different route. I stopped by just to see if there was a truck there and a deal that might keep me in a Ford. The truck I purchased was the same model as the 16 year old truck I had, but with a lot more to offer. Honestly, if it hadn’t been for my salesperson working with me and maintaining such a positive attitude, I’d be in a different make vehicle today.

I am 70+ years old - my MKC is the perfect style and size for this time in my life. The height makes getting in and out of the vehicle much easier. I love it !!!!
