We had an outstanding experience purchasing our GLS 450. Our salesperson Stephanie Mireles was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us find the right vehicle without any pressure. She took the time to answer all of our questions, walked us through every step of the process, and made what can often be a stressful experience smooth and enjoyable. Her honesty, excellent communication, and dedication to customer service truly stood out. We are extremely happy with our purchase and grateful for the exceptional service we received. I have to...ADMIT. This was the BEST SUV buying "experience",I've ever had. They DEFINITELY rolled out the red 🧶 carpet. THEY from:Jakub (The M,who REALLY looked out on perks), to Tarik (my guy who sold me the Lincoln Navigator L Select). to Natalie (who i initially chatted with via text BEFORE coming out to the dealership). They even sent and Uber to pick me up,so i can get back to the dealership to get my personal vehicle, that i drove in to make the purchase. They get 6-⭐ stars from me #VerySatifiedCustomer #IAppreciateYall #TeamGLI ✌🏽😎✌🏽💯

BMW of Bloomfield Hills review
I had an excellent experience at BMW from start to finish. The entire team was professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I especially appreciated the level of communication and attention to detail. Every question I had was answered clearly, I never felt rushed or pressured, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire experience. The team made sure I was comfortable and confident with everything before I left. The dealership itself was clean, organized, and reflected the premium experience you would expect from BMW. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything was handled. I highly recommend this BMW dealership to anyone looking for exceptional service and a stress-free experience. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Five stars!
2024 Lotus Emira review
I have owned several Lotus over 35 yrs from an original Super 7 to an Elan, an Elise, an Evora and 3 Esprits. This car is amazing, I'm 6 foot 230lbs and there is plenty of room. Great car all around, and finally the fit and finish is excellent

Great experience buying a preowned vehicle from this dealer. The sales staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They were efficient working through the buying process with us. They also were patient with us as we tested multiple car seats and allowed us ample time with the vehicle as we considered moving forward. Thanks for a great experience.

I had an excellent experience with this dealership. They are genuinely easy to do business with and completely transparent with their pricing. Every car I looked at was extremely well maintained and spotless inside and out. What stood out most was the peace of mind they provided throughout the entire process — no pressure, no surprises, just honest people who stand behind their product. Highly recommended.

Worked with alex long. He was upfront with me on the jaguar xk that i was interested in. He replaced the top, at their expense, and shipped the jaguar to my location in ft myers. Originally quoted $900 for shipping and it was only $700. I would highly recommend this company. Alex is one of the owners.

We’ve purchased several vehicles over the years and Larry and his colleagues made our most recent purchase one of the most seamless. From start to finish Larry was helpful, but not pushy. He helped to coordinate our inspection (remote purchase), and even delivered the car directly to our home several hours away with a full tank of glass, and it was spotless! We highly recommend giving them a shot. They impressed us immensely and will be starting here for all our future automobile purchases!

Purchased a 2013 Camaro ZL1 convertible. We agreed to a deal Friday morning and Nick made special accommodations to meet me on Saturday to take delivery. I flew into Indianapolis Saturday morning. He had all the paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and headed on my drive back to Chicago. The car was exactly as stated, I have never purchased a vehicle sight unseen and was slight nervous. From my experience I can highly recommend this dealership.
