2017 GMC Yukon review
I bought this 2017 Tahoe w LT trim new. Have 60K on it now and have had no issues with it. We are not towing with it or doing high speed racing so we find the 5.3L Motor is smooth and quiet (and have not had any lifter issues which others have reported). Transmission and suspension also smooth. We keep Michelins on all our vehicles and have found this Tahoe very quiet and comfortable for road trips with 4-6 people and luggage. The LT trim pkg deleted some comfort items I wish I had (like heated steering wheel) but it still is pretty much leather-and-loaded so it was a good value at the time. I have had Suburbans for 35yrs before purchasing this Tahoe and I will probably go back to a Suburban for the extra cargo space when I trade this Tahoe in. But this has been a nice and reliable vehicle for us. No complaints.

2016 Nissan Rogue review
I bought my 2016 Rogue SL in 2019 with 32,000 miles on it. It is now 2025 and it has 223,000 miles on it, and I still drive her daily with no issues. I have had to replace the car battery once and the fob battery twice. I also had to replace the front wheel bearings about 2 years ago. That is it! No check engine lights no engine or transmission issues, no sun roof leaks. Everything she started with still functions as well as the day i got her. This has been the best, most reliable incredible car i could have every asked for. I can not speak highly enough of the Rogue and am currently looking at getting another one and saving what is left of this one for my daughter.

2026 BMW X5 PHEV review
We leased a 2026 BMW X5 xDrive50e on 3/31/2026. There were at least a dozen on the dealer lot and we were able to find one with exactly the packages and colors we wanted. We got an excellent deal and, including our 6-year-old paid-off trade-in, left with a monthly payment of less than $300. The car is beautiful, manhattan green with cognac interior. This is our first PHEV, so we started with the included level 1 charger and then installed a level 2 charger (Emporia Classic) in our garage as quickly as possible. For our typical around-town use we've been able to drive almost entirely in EV mode. The EV mileage gauge starts off at 50 miles and, given recent mild weather, appears to be accurate. The interior displays are quite usable. We particularly appreciate the heads-up driver display, which shows speed, speed limit, and even driving directions. The most common operations are still associated with knobs and buttons, with interior temperature settings relegated to the central LCD but visible by default. The main LCD is a touch screen and the BMW iDrive puck is particularly helpful for changing settings. The depth of settings and options is immense. Fortunately an expert at the dealer set up all the basics before we left. We're still experimenting with various features such as automatic locking and interior lighting, but we can find our way around. The ride is softer than a previous (~2015) X5 we had, which is actually nice. The car can be raised and lowered. You can drive in EV, hybrid, or sport mode. So far we've kept it in EV and the performance is plenty good. It still has the tight handling we expect of a BMW. If you punch the gas, the engine fires up and the car really takes off (483 hp). We had a bad experience with run-flat tires in the previous X5 and switched to regular tires plus a spare kept under the back storage area. That is no longer an option because that space is now taken by batteries. We hope we won't have similar tire trouble in this car. With our three-year lease and bumper-to-bumper plus maintenance coverage over the entire period, we will have minimal worries about anything going wrong.

2023 Acura TLX review
TLX platform is absolutely excellent. The car has fantastic road feel thanks to double wishbone suspension and redesigned chassis. The DCT transmission feels precision and having 10 gears puts you in the perfect torque range almost always. The engine is a Honda K engine that can handle 1k hp. I have fwd which is absolutely perfect, simple car. The SH-AWD system is truly best of its kind. The fact that this almost perfect platform was discontinued is a sad commentary on the state of cars.

2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid review
Great fuel economy, averaging 55+ MPGs most of the time. Interior features are very nice for a vehicle in this price range. Some road noise at higher speeds, but not bad. Android Auto is very nice, but needs to be reconnected at times, which is easy to do.

2023 Toyota Highlander review
Have had our 2023 Highlander XLE AWD since April 2023. Live in Chicago area and have driven to Arizona and Maine. Zero problems with the car. We put a large Thule box on the roof, multiple mountain bikes on a bike carrier and a kayak. Lots of luggage, got 27 miles per gallon on both trips. Plenty of power in the Rocky Mountains. Would recommend the car to others. We have a great Toyota dealership but all we have needed is schedule maintenance.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2026 BMW i4 Gran Coupe review
I had casually considered electric cars the last few years and this year took a hard look at electric options, specifically BMW i4 xdrive 40. I couldn't be more pleased with the "electrifing" power of the i4, which seems faster than my two previous M340s. BMW offers the advanatages of an electric vehicle with its trademark high performance and sporty handling. Every friend who has test drove my i4 has been VERY impressed.

I love my Honda CRV! I have always driven Honda Accords, but when none were available, the sales rep recommended the Honda CRV. We took it for a test drive, and it handled very well. The staff was very courteous and pleasant, and the facilities was excellent. Lyndon, who was my salesperson, showed me a Toyota Corolla, and I had a great time test driving it. He was very informative about the car and the buying process. While this is a big dealership, I felt looked after, and really appreciated their time.
2021 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid review
Purchased used in July 2025. Great gas mileage. Smooth, quiet ride. I enjoy many of the features of this loaded model. But there are a few things that are slightly annoying. As the car slows down, it sounds like an emergency vehicle. I found myself looking around for a squad or an ambulance until I realized it was the engine whining. Second, the radio cuts in and out. Never had this problem on other vehicles. I live in a metropolitan area and have strong station signals. So this has me baffled. Fortunately I can sync my phone playlist and enjoy my favorite tunes. The weather is always lagging and sometimes reads cloudy when it’s pouring down rain. Lastly, I have not figured out how to cancel a destination on the map navigator. It also cannot find my address and has me going to a completely different town if I need to get home from an unfamiliar area. Maybe it needs an upgrade but was hoping that was automatic and cloud based.

The first this I want people to know is the salesman, Omar was fantastic and very helpful finding a car for me. The first week of December I totaled my 2019 Highlander Platinum, and the most important thing was that nobody was hurt. So when we discussed replacement car, I wanted another Platinum Highlander, but a new one. Little did I know how rare they were a this point. Omar at Pearson Toyota was able within a few minutes found me one to look.at. It was a Grand Highlander Platinum and had under 5000 miles, and was beautiful. It had everything I wanted and had never been sold to anyone. Omar and the entire staff at Pearson worked so hard and now less than 48 hours later it is sitting in my driveway. They made what for me is usually a very stressful situation very easy,plus everyone was so very kind. I would recommend Omar to anyone looking for a car. 2015 Honda CR-V review
One year and 37,000 miles later, my 2015 Honda CR-V EX-L, purchased from Bill Kay Honda, has exceeded all expectations! I bought this gem with 50,000 miles on the clock, and it's been nothing short of a dream. Dependability is the name of the game here – this car hasn't skipped a beat. Gas mileage has been consistently impressive, making both city commutes and long road trips a breeze. As expected with any vehicle of this mileage, routine repairs have been standard, but nothing out of the ordinary. The EX-L trim package adds a touch of luxury with its leather interior and upgraded features, making every drive comfortable. The spacious interior and ample cargo space have been perfect for everything from grocery runs to weekend getaways. Having finally taken the plunge into the Honda world, I now understand the rave reviews from my mechanics. This CR-V has proven its worth, and I'm a loyal Honda convert for life! 2018 Lexus LX 570 review
This is the second LX I've owned. Only traded in the last one after 8 years because I wanted the two-row version. Never had a day of trouble with the last one; same with this one after 3 years. May not have quite the same fancy electronic play things as others, but it is built to last, can go about anywhere, seems to love steep mountain grades, rides comfortably, and is easy to park with the bird's eye view system despite its size. My dogs would tell you they like it, too.

I've been owning 370Z for 8 years. My Z is a Base version with MT. When I bought it, I was choosing between 370Z, BMW Z4, Chevrolet Corvette and Ford Mustang. I wanted some cheap, simple and reliable "old school" sports car with manual gearbox. I finally chose Z, and I've never had a single regret. Of course, it's not the fastest car, not the most comfortable one, and it's not luxurious at all, but it's unbeatable by the quality/performance/reliability/price ratio. The VQ37 is a bullet-proof engine with endless lifespan. My Z has never been in service for all 8 years and 40k miles (I do all periodic maintenance myself in my garage). I bought it brand new for $28k, and I don't know any other sports car with the same level of power and handling for this money. What else... Cheap parts (as for any other Nissan), HUGE amount of affordable after-market performance upgrades, simple design and great reliability. The only complain I have about 370Z is that the base version seats are not very comfortable, and after 2-3 hours of driving your back may start asking for stopping and taking some rest.
