Very disappointed with the quality cx3 - 2016

I've had so many thing go wrong with this car. Very disappointing. Poor quality. Airless conditioning stopped working. Infotainment system continually restarts in even 1 degree weather. Persistent noise from front end. Shoddy trim. Will likely sell and go back to my trusted Subaru Forester.
Wonderful operation from top to bottom. I visited 7 dealers in 3 days. The staff made the decision easy, very easy. Melissa my sales associate is a total professional who takes pride in her work and the company she represents. A pure pleasure, now I see why Lexus has the highest repeat ownership and this dealer is a perfect example of that excellence.

My favorite vehicle. Easy to setup and drives smoothly. I am very happy my purchase. Great on gas and it's AWD. It's also a very nice looking vehicle.
I purchased 2 cars and leased 1 from Nissan of Middletown. The finance manager was able to get me an awesome rate. My car salesman Andrew M. is amazing. He may look young but he has old fashion values that put the customer ahead of the almighty buck. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the numbers even though he wasn't getting a commission on the deal. He went above and beyond for me to make the transaction smooth and easy. I highly recommend seeing him if you are shopping for a vehicle.

It comes with an awesome moonroof/sunroof. Excellent stereo. Handles very well. There are console cup holders as well as cup holder in each of the 4 doors. It came equipped with a navigation system, safety system and Sirius XM, all very convenient. I can't say enough about it.
I visited Rt. 9 Mazda on Sun. 10/28 to check preowned inventory that I saw online. All the cars I was interested in were in the lot, and Andrew Nandlal allowed me ample time before checking to see if I had any questions. This was a tricky situation because I was looking for a friend, and she liked my CX- 5 as much as me, but wanted a CX-3. Andrew went above and beyond to make this happen for us. It was a sale that Andrew should be patted on the back for. He dealt with a couple of middle aged women and answered every need they had. End result: quick and easy sale! Kudos to Andrew!!

I really enjoy this vehicle it’s a good reliable car! It’s perfect for when I travel for work and gets me where I need to be safely. Has a really good sound system!
I am currently a deployed Service Member overseas. One of my vehicles back home was wrecked and I had to replace it. I went through a few different dealerships with no luck. I was even really close on leasing a Honda SUV, but the process was taking way too long, especially since I was coming out of pocket for a rental everyday that I did not close on a car deal. The Representative helping me seemed like he was only looking to sell his inventory and not find me what I was asking for. I purchased a car on Sunday from Route 9 Mazda. To say this establishment has one of the most professional and dedicated group of employees is an absolute understatement. I was emailed back very promptly after I reached out to this dealership by Stephanie Bernstein. She was an absolute saint. She helped answer all my questions when I was initially inquiring about the 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring. Showed me all my leasing options (I'm going to say one of the most well presented and understandable quotes I've ever seen). I explained to her my situation and she went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. I am thousands of miles away, yet with Stephanie's willingness to help and truly caring personality I felt like I was sitting right in front of her getting this process completed. I started talking to her on Friday September 21st and my Fiance was able to pick up the car with less than an hour spent at the dealership on Sunday September 23rd. Mind you, i'm overseas and never stepped foot inside the dealership. I truly appreciate the Route 9 Mazda team for making this process so easy for me given the hard time we were experiencing and how far away I was. I would reccomend this dealership to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new car. They break everything down to you with no confusion, and the best part is they're so affordable. I was able to get the top of the Line 2018 Mazda CX5 Grand Touring AWD and insurance for my car, all for the price I would've paid for a Honda CRV EXL lease alone (which is not their top of the line model). I will most definitely be coming back from deployment to purchase my second car.

The CX-3 is so comfortable and roomy inside. The backseat is lifted a bit which reminds me of stadium seating. The car comes with a turbo engine but does so well on gas economy.
Bought R 32 and Taureg from Compass for girlfriends over the years with cash. Looking for deal on Golf R but no concession. Therefore no loyalty to that dealer. Repair of rattle on Taureg took two tries but fixed. Selection usually not as good as a larger VW dealer.
Years ago, could not test drive an R 32 before signing for it. More a VW stupidity than a dealer issue. But manager was not polite about it. Went out and bought a Mitsu Evo instead and never looked back. They lost a sale because I could not test drive car before signing that i would purchase it. Something about no miles on R 32 demo. VW has some bizarre policies not to mention the diesel fraud.
Think that was under old ownership.

This is my 3rd Mazda and definitely won't be the last. I keep going back and fourth between Mazda's and Volkswagen's. I am a die hard Volkswagen fan but have a love/hate relationship. Any Mazda I have ever owned I never had any issues with. This is my first Suv which I was surprised by all the features this car has. The only thing I do not care for which is why I didn't give the interior a 5 star is because the storage. In future models they should add a deeper glove box which allows storage. Also they should make it a solid color interior without the maroon. I plan on changing this in time myself with some fabric paint and painting the maroon panels to black.
Between my wife and myself we just bought our 4th car from Compass. We come back to that dealership because of their outstanding service and professional advice

I’m a girl in my twenties, I have a boyfriend of 1 year and a big 90lbs dog and this vehicle is absolutely perfect. I have the GT trim, with a white exterior and a white leather interior and I get so many compliments on it. Easily the most fun car to drive I own. Not much storage for a family - but perfect for my life.
Was in a bind. Mr Traverso went above call of duty to assist. Needed a key to unlock wheel to change flat tire for my nephew. Couldn't find one anywhere except to order online. I stopped in the VW dealer in Middletown NY, spoke with Mr Traverso who was kind enough to trust me and let me borrow the key I needed. I offered to rent it or buy it and he declined stating he just needed it back. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Much appreciated.
Great car for the money

This car is fun to drive. It handles nicely and gives a good ride. The seats are comfy and it has plenty of rear carrying space to meet my needs. This car has a couple of issues I’m not wild about. There is little room for car seats in the rear passenger seat. Also, it is hard to see over the hood. My husband is 6’1” and even he can’t see over the hood.
We bought over the years 3 cars from Compass. Their service is outstanding. Even though we live in Baltimore we go back to Compass. Last service visit was on 5/31/16. We got an appointment on 24 hour notice. In Baltimore we called a dealer 3 times left word but no one called back. Finally we were able to get a live person who told us the earliest available date was in 3 weeks. Compass sent a confirming message and even followed up with a telephone call. The service adviser thoroughly explained the service work and suggested when to do future work. The car went in with one of the tire valve cover missing. When I got it back a new one had been put on. I never expected such attention to detail. They performed all work perfectly. Dieter Langendorf

Great sporty look! Car is smooth, has great sound system, accelerates with ease, enough leg room and maneuvers well on any condition. Well worth it!
