I'm very late writing this review, but D'Arcy Chevrolet is so deserving of this review! I'm writing this review as the friend who was traveling with the truck owner from PA to the Iowa sheep show back in late September, 2025, and I have to say that D'Arcy Chevrolet in Morris, IL, has completely restored my faith in humanity. When my friend's truck broke down while hauling a trailer full of sheep, we were in a desperate situation. From the moment we arrived at D'Arcy Chevrolet, the staff treated us like family. They immediately got a technician working on the truck, and when they realized it couldn't be fixed in time for the show, they did something I've never seen any dealership do in my 62 years – they loaned us their plow truck so we could get the animals there safely. But their kindness didn't stop there. The staff actually helped us transfer everything from my friend's pickup to their plow truck, including the sheep and pen! While we waited, they brought us warm cookies and beverages, and even drove us to lunch. These small gestures meant the world to us during such a stressful time. When the parts took longer to arrive, they simply let us keep their plow truck without hesitation. They also helped us load and unload trucks going to and from the show to make sure we could get there and back as quickly as possible. The quality of work on my friend's truck was exceptional and the pricing was more than fair. But what truly sets D'Arcy Chevrolet apart is the genuine compassion and kindness of their staff. They went so far above and beyond what any dealership would do – they're simply incredible people. I cannot recommend D'Arcy Chevrolet highly enough. They've earned customers for life where we come through Morris, IL in the future!

2021 Mazda CX-30 review
Looking for a good looking car that also performed well. Did not want a cvt transmission, so that narrowed my choices. Liked the Mazda CX 30, and having owned Mazda's in the past decided a test drive in order. Was blown away with quality and driving dynamics. Performance with turbo was great. Deal done. Has been very dependable and well built so far.

Wanted to leave this review letting everyone know if you can get to this dealership DO IT. My wife and myself drove 10 hours one way from Virginia Beach to get a beautiful 2003 Silverado 1500 with 77000 miles on it. We also traded in are 2022 kia Sportage AWD so we wouldn't have another car payment. Before we got to the dealership we talked about how much the full purchase price would be and if they would be able to at least pay off the KIA. We send in a video of the car and they said minimum they would pay off the KIA. The price they told me was the price I paid . They didn't change it on me . They paid us more then what we owed for are Kia even though they didn't have too. We have boughten 4 brand new cars in Virginia Beach and 3 used ones in are life time. When it comes to getting another used car I will be going through these guys regardless of we're I live. #respect to everyone that worked there. You guys got customers for life from us. So if you want a hassle free , great reliable car. We're the dealership puts you guys first before making maximum money I advise you go to this dealership even if you're driving far. We did 10 hours there 11 back home and we couldn't be happier. Thx again to everyone that helped us . 2021 Mazda CX-30 review
Beautiful, finely crafted vehicle. Nothing else comes close to the quality and value for the money - or for even significantly more. Great fuel economy. I’m not a CUV guy ( This is my wife’s car ), but the ride and the handling are especially impressive for a “tall” vehicle. In a sea of clunky, uninspiring designs this vehicle is truly elegant. Very happy.

When I first did my research on Reel's Auto, I was a bit skeptical since the vast majority of reviews were 5-stars and I figured there was a possibility that this dealer could have bought fake reviews or paid to have negative reviews removed. I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. From my experience, this organization is one of the most genuine businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and will most definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs and recommending them to anyone else.

2021 Mazda CX-30 review
We've owned the 2021 CX-30 for 2 years. It feels solid, well built and provides good value. Gas mileage is good at 30mpg combined. On the negative side, the ride is a bit jittery. And the battery tends to act up if you don't drive the car for at least 15 minutes at a time. The dealer explained this is necessary, because all the technology and chips that are packed into it need more time to warm up - which is a dubious assertion. But it is what it is. Will be trading for another Toyota hybrid, which in our view is the gold standard based on 11 years experience with a 2010 Prius.
