Owned the car 5 months. Very happy with interior comfort and the stowing/storage space in the rear. The sound system is impressive. Took a little time to become accustomed to the entertainment system but I just needed experience. Good road handling in the winter. Practically no road noise. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

James, the service advisor, answered the phone within two rings, no going to voicemail like at LPGMC. Within 90 minutes of my call, James and his crew had the truck inspected, parts ordered, and a follow up repair appointment scheduled. I was extremely pleased by the service, especially since the other GM service providers failed in providing the service customers expect.
