King Kia review
Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
Overall the dealership was good they do have a little issue with communication. There were a few times I replied to the salesman‘s email, but he never replied back. One of them was price of the vehicle. He said he was going to talk to his manager but he never replied back. There was also another time where I was going to come down and test drive the vehicle, but he never replied back, so I took that as he didn’t mind me coming down. I ended up buying the vehicle despite some of the body imperfections on the car that the dealership should have mentioned. Despite that the car is in great shape and runs extremely well!

I went to Test Drive a CX90 PHEV and worked with Carlos. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable on the vehicle and the test drive route he directed me through really highlighted the vehicles performance and handling. The dealership was very modern feeling and had a very large variety of colors and packages available. 11/10 recommend Carlos and Chantilly Mazda

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
The 2026 Mazda CX-30 is the intersection of driving comfort, performance, and style. But the best part? Value. Mazda continues to push the boundary of delivering an exceptional vehicle for the price. From the interior to the exterior, this vehicle drives circles around the competition. The premium Bose sound system, AWD, Skyactive Engine, 360 degree camera, rear folding seats, and power lift gate only scratch the surface of what the CX-30 has to offer. Additional features such as heated seats, heated steering wheel, turbo, and premium interior materials, this vehicle can suit any style. Built to deliver an engaging driving experience, the CX-30 is a blast to drive. The CX-30 is more akin to a sporty hatchback than an SUV, so if ample room for rear row passengers is what you're looking for, the CX-30 isn't going to fit the bill. However, if rear seating room doesn't concern you, this car should be #1 on your list, as it doesn't get much better.

Safford Mazda Sterling review
I had an excellent experience working with Eddie throughout my car-buying journey. For nearly six months, he was incredibly patient and supportive as I searched for the right vehicle, whether new or pre-owned. Even when we couldn't find the perfect match right away, Eddie stayed in touch and consistently kept me informed about new opportunities that fit my needs. Making such a significant purchase was not an easy decision for me, but Eddie never pressured me. He took the time to answer my questions, provide honest information, and help me feel comfortable throughout the process. The price negotiation was straightforward, efficient, and focused on finding a fair deal without wasting time. What really stood out was Eddie's communication. He was always responsive, both before and after the sale, and continued to answer my questions even after I had purchased the vehicle. His knowledge of Mazda vehicles is impressive, and his great sense of humor made the entire experience much more enjoyable. If I ever need another Mazda in the future, Eddie will be the first person I contact. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful salesperson.

Heritage Mazda Catonsville review
We had an excellent experience purchasing our new 2026 Mazda CX-5 from Heritage Mazda Catonsville, and we especially want to thank Joe Summers for all of his help. From the moment we arrived, Joe was incredibly patient and never made us feel pressured. We test drove three different vehicles before making our decision, and he took the time to answer all of our questions and helped us compare different options so we could choose the right vehicle for us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, Joe guided us through the entire buying process. There was a lot of paperwork and financing details to go through, but he explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. The process took longer than expected, yet he stayed late with us until everything was completed. We truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Joe was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy. We're very happy with our new Mazda and highly recommend both Joe Summers and Heritage Mazda Catonsville to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience.

I arrived at the dealership looking at the vehicles on the lot when I was approached by Adrian!! his customer service is so awesome and he is very detailed in explaining and addressing your questions! so I was looking to buy a Nissan rouge when he pointed out the Mazda Cx5, went on a test drive and fell in love with this SUV! I purchased it in September 2022 and it was more than I imagined, the drive is very smooth. The staff at Passport really know how to treat and assist their customers, I was so pleased with the customer service I got from my salesman Adrian as well as my finance manager Carlos. I appreciate all the staff at this dealership they made my experience very pleasant and I will definitely recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Mazda to take your business to them!! I had to take my vehicle to the service department and Jessica takes good care of your needs and very detailed in explaining your vehicle issues. Not to mention the dealership is very very clean and state of the art and always smells nice!!!! Thank you to all the passport staff who helped in making my car experience a great one.

I had an amazing experience at heritage Mazda Catonsville. Rob Summers is an excellent sales person! He was very kind and did not rush me with the test drive so that I could really figure out which car was best for me (I test drove 3 different models). Victor that sales manager was also very kind and offered an amazing deal. Between the price, the features of the car and the service it was a no brainer to buy the car. I would highly recommend this Mazda dealership to someone looking to purchase a new Mazda. I went to 3 different Mazda dealerships and Heritage Mazda Catonsville had the best customer service and price!

Ourisman Mazda of RockvilleReviews
Ourisman Mazda of Rockville review
I recently visited Ourisman Mazda of Rockville, I was blown away by the customer service, great stuff they wanted to be sure that I got all what I'm looking for in a vehicle. Andre (excellent salesman) explained everything about the CX-5 I purchased exceeded my expectations in all terms of quality and safety...
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
I owned a Mazda 3 Touring for 9 years, and due to an accident needed a new hatchback vehicle. Initially I was trying for a hybrid, but the hybrids made by Mazda were too big for my garage, so I tried Toyota and Honda models that would fit. Having been spoiled by my previous Mazda, my expectations were high, and all these cars were a disappointment for various reasons. And given I drive low mileage, it would have taken many years to recoup the cost of a hybrid vs whatever fuel savings they could provide. So in the end, I went back to Mazda and tried the CX30-Preferred AWD. Fell in love with it the moment I got in. For the money, it offered the most features, safety and otherwise, as standard, for a price that was truly affordable. Lots of bang for your buck. The vehicle design, construction, interior materials and organization just shout quality, excellence, reliability and safety. Mazda truly lives up to its reputation for amazing attention to detail throughout the vehicle. The unique Mazda design and AWD solidly hugs the road around curves, giving a great sense of control without feeling heavy. The car is about the same size as my Touring, on the smaller side, so it's an easy fit into the garage and small parking spaces. AND there is the crossover height and power front seat, making it easy for getting my old bones in and out of the car. I love the central display position and operation either by voice command or using buttons on my console rather than touching the screen. There is a learning curve, but once mastered, works very well on Android Auto with my phone. The only drawback is that my phone doesn't seem to charge - the dealer said that can happen with Androids. But that's a minor point for me. The cargo area is slightly narrower than in my Touring hatchback, but with the back seat down, it's comparable and more than adequate for my needs. Plus, Mazda has these wonderful soft cargo mats you can purchase that protect the back of the rear seat and the rear bumper when you are loading up. Sturdy and well made, the materials are great quality, and the mats are easy to install. And then there is the easy to use and well organized 'My Mazda" app to customize functional settings, perform all kinds of things remotely and check the status of various items about my vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, etc. I've had the car now for almost 4 weeks and have taken a couple of long road trips - and I have to say, every time I get in it, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. I feel really safe driving it, am loving the quality, ride, common-sense design and organization of the central and operational displays, AND the moonroof which was also standard. If this review sounds over the top, it's because this vehicle deserves it, believe me....it's a great vehicle for seniors like me especially. No reservations at all in recommending the Mazda CX30 AWD, Preferred.

The service and kindness an Mazda are unmatched by any other dealer. I’m always completely satisfied with their excellent service
2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.

Passport Mazda review
I had the pleasure of working with salesman Kamau Dawson. He was very easy to work with and got me through the process easily and quickly. I almost gave up looking for a car. I had a great experience and I will refer my family and friends to Mr. Dawson if they decide to purchase a vehicle. I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service. He was also respectful and not pushy.

Passport Mazda review
I had a very pleasant and positive experience with Passport Mazda. My sales Consultant was Tonya Mickey. She was excellent…friendly, professional, knowledgeable and above all…very patient. Just when I thought I would be unable to purchase my Mazda CX-5, she and her team worked very hard and made it happen. I am now a proud owner of a Mazda CX-5. If you’re looking for a hassle-free, great deal on your next vehicle, I suggest you contact Passport Mazda and ask for Tonya Mickey. You will not be disappointed. Tell Tonya that Linda sent you. 🙂

Kennedy Mazda review
I hate giving all 5 start reviews because it sounds "fixed" but Kennedy is a good experience. Talk is cheap but I've purchased 3 Mazdas from them over a period of 6 years.
