The experience was amazing, the staff was amazing like always. Its the little mishap that occurred that doesnt give you the 5 stars as deserved. I called 2 days ahead to schedule my oil change. I spoke to the guy, he scheduled me in for Saturday at 8:30am. I get there and Im told that I was not scheduled at all. But the guy managed to squeeze me into the schedule (took a little longer than expected). While iM waiting, I'm hungry. I dont recognized the area so I ask the guy who assisted me if he could tell me what's to eat around. He asked what I was interested in and I settled for a place to go. He was very helpful and polite and so was the other guy next to him. Both very polite. I got messages letting me know how the progress was going anf when it was ready. Everything went smoothly. However, the milage on my new sticker was my current milage. The guy at the front helped me get it replace but I guess the computer was glitch in and giving the current milage but giving correct next date for oil change. Other than that, everything else was smooth sailing. I love their professionalism.

I came to Royal Moore to shop for a new vehicle after I had been deceived with fraud, lies and manipulation by a dealership I had previously purchased a vehicle from in December (Dealership located in Gladstone Oregon, NOT ROYAL MOORE) I was nervous but shortly after arriving to Royal Moore my worries quickly subsided by the absolutely amazing, kind, caring and honest employees that I had the pleasure of meeting and spending the day with. I truly felt like royalty, the treatment was so top-tier I don?t think I will ever step inside of another companies dealerships again to purchase any vehicle. My salesmen, Christian (Royal Moore Mazda), was the kindest, goofiest and most enjoyable person I could ever have to help me with my journey of purchasing a car. He was so knowledgeable and created such a huge impact on me while creating a bond of friendship and trust as well. I could tell that he wanted what was best for ME whether that meant purchasing a car from him or anywhere else, the support he gave towards my decisions did not go unnoticed and I appreciate him wholeheartedly for that! With his help and a miracle I was able to climb my way out of a fraudulent bad deal with another dealership. He then referred me over to the awesome employees at Royal Moore Mazda where I purchased my beautiful brand new 2026 GMC Acadia Elevation Black Edition. 2026 Mazda CX-30 review
I owned a Mazda 3 Touring for 9 years, and due to an accident needed a new hatchback vehicle. Initially I was trying for a hybrid, but the hybrids made by Mazda were too big for my garage, so I tried Toyota and Honda models that would fit. Having been spoiled by my previous Mazda, my expectations were high, and all these cars were a disappointment for various reasons. And given I drive low mileage, it would have taken many years to recoup the cost of a hybrid vs whatever fuel savings they could provide. So in the end, I went back to Mazda and tried the CX30-Preferred AWD. Fell in love with it the moment I got in. For the money, it offered the most features, safety and otherwise, as standard, for a price that was truly affordable. Lots of bang for your buck. The vehicle design, construction, interior materials and organization just shout quality, excellence, reliability and safety. Mazda truly lives up to its reputation for amazing attention to detail throughout the vehicle. The unique Mazda design and AWD solidly hugs the road around curves, giving a great sense of control without feeling heavy. The car is about the same size as my Touring, on the smaller side, so it's an easy fit into the garage and small parking spaces. AND there is the crossover height and power front seat, making it easy for getting my old bones in and out of the car. I love the central display position and operation either by voice command or using buttons on my console rather than touching the screen. There is a learning curve, but once mastered, works very well on Android Auto with my phone. The only drawback is that my phone doesn't seem to charge - the dealer said that can happen with Androids. But that's a minor point for me. The cargo area is slightly narrower than in my Touring hatchback, but with the back seat down, it's comparable and more than adequate for my needs. Plus, Mazda has these wonderful soft cargo mats you can purchase that protect the back of the rear seat and the rear bumper when you are loading up. Sturdy and well made, the materials are great quality, and the mats are easy to install. And then there is the easy to use and well organized 'My Mazda" app to customize functional settings, perform all kinds of things remotely and check the status of various items about my vehicle, manage maintenance schedules, etc. I've had the car now for almost 4 weeks and have taken a couple of long road trips - and I have to say, every time I get in it, I am absolutely delighted with my choice. I feel really safe driving it, am loving the quality, ride, common-sense design and organization of the central and operational displays, AND the moonroof which was also standard. If this review sounds over the top, it's because this vehicle deserves it, believe me....it's a great vehicle for seniors like me especially. No reservations at all in recommending the Mazda CX30 AWD, Preferred.

2026 Mazda CX-30 review

The CX-30 is more akin to a sporty hatchback than an SUV, so if ample room for rear row passengers is what you're looking for, the CX-30 isn't going to fit the bill. However, if rear seating room doesn't concern you, this car should be #1 on your list, as it doesn't get much better.

2026 Mazda CX-30 review
So far the car is great. I do like the design of the CX30 more than the CX5, however, I love the full sunroof on the new CX5. I didn't think I would be able to get that in the CX30 but come to find out I could but I would miss out on the Bose speakers. I went for it and the standard speakers are good enough. They lack base is about it. As far as the shopping experience goes it was the best I ever experienced. I purchased the car from Hamilton Mazda in Hamilton NJ and the salesman was on point. Easy peezy. Mike Rees is the best salesman to date. I wasn't there all day, and he really worked with me. My credit isn't the best and the finance office did what they could to make it happen. Thank you for your professional services Mr. Rees and the Hamilton Mazda crew.
