Just wanted to give a quick shout-out to the Service Team at Mastria Mazda. They’re excellent at customer service, friendly, efficient, and always take good care of things. I’ve been dealing with Paul for a few years now, and he’s always great to work with. Super knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and he gets it done right every time. If you need service on your Mazda, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

Ira Mazda review
Ordinarily, having to schedule service at a dealership, can feel like an added stress to a busy week, though the service department at Ira is fantastic. Specifically Marvin in Service is incredibly helpful, communicative and reassuring when confirming or clarifying different parts of the service process with car owners that he works with.

Mastria Mazda review
This is now my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Mastria, my second from Mastria Mazda. Once again, the experience was one of the best, most satisfying in all of my vehicle purchases. Mike Luu the manager and Alex the salesperson I dealt with were professional, courteous and knowledgeable- everything you’d expect from a top notch dealership. Negotiations were mostly done before I walked in the door, signed some paperowrk, then the delivery was coordinated with my schedule. I was out the door quickly after a walkthrough of my new car and a few handshakes. I would recommend Mastria Mazda and all of their dealerships for your car shopping needs.

North Shore MazdaReviews
North Shore Mazda review
We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

North Shore MazdaReviews
North Shore Mazda review
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Robert, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process easy, while Tom, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I never felt pressured, and I genuinely walked away feeling like I received the best possible deal. Great customer service and a very positive buying experience overall.

495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
