North Shore Mazda review
We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

Ira Mazda review
Ordinarily, having to schedule service at a dealership, can feel like an added stress to a busy week, though the service department at Ira is fantastic. Specifically Marvin in Service is incredibly helpful, communicative and reassuring when confirming or clarifying different parts of the service process with car owners that he works with.

This was my first experience buying a car out of state. Biggers Mazda was incredibly helpful with this process. We communicated often and they kept me calm and collected while we went through the process. Our salesman Franco spent 5 hours with us while we decided whether we were buying the car. Thanks to his personalized attention we did get the car. Their process was clear and we felt like it was very honest from the beginning. I definitely recommend this dealership, it was a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new Mazda CX-90! Richie, the manager, was outstanding and went above and beyond to make everything a positive experience. Tommy was an excellent salesman—super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The finance manager was great to work with too and helped make everything seamless. The whole team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel like I was in good hands from beginning to end. I’m so grateful for all their help and appreciate the time and effort they put into making this such a great experience. Thank you to Richie, Tommy, and the entire team for making my new CX-90 purchase such a memorable one! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle

My daughter bought a 2018 Outlander from this dealership. The sales person, finance and delivery staff were friendly and professional . As we live in New York and had a few kinks to overcome with Massachusetts and New York State law. This dealership went well above and beyond in order to overcome this. Phil the Sales Manager kept us well informed throughout the whole process. If we lived in the area, this for sure would be my dealership of choice. We truly appreciate everything they did in order to deliver the car to us. She now is truly enjoying her Outlander with manual transmission as they are difficult to find.

Awesome service department!! I went in for a reoccurring battery issue and was expecting to be there for at least a couple hours but within 15 minutes, the service tech let me know that they were going to give me a courtesy car so I could get on with my day. I appreciated that my time was valued and I didn’t have to feel like they were going to rush to find the issue. I’ve spent many hours waiting for car repairs in the past so this was a perk that will bring me back if I have any future problems. I also appreciate it, the accommodating environment of staff and espresso machine. As far as car repairs go, I can think of no better way to start off the day. When I was done, I received a video of the repairs and feel confident that everything had been resolved.

495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!
