Manchester Mazda review
Recently purchased new from Mazda of Manchester. With all the consumer information available these days, new Mazdas basically sell themselves, the dealerships basically direct traffic, manage the transactions and negotiations. Having said that, Mazda of Manchester was extremely efficient and professional and I drove off feeling I had been treated extremely fairly, especially during the trade-in appraisal process, which can be very painful, as I learned at rival Mazda dealerships during my hunt. With dealer discounts and Mazda Loyalty rebates applied, the OTD price paid was thousands less than I had budgeted. Lisa and Kris were helpful and knowledgeable throughout and after the transaction, and were very flexible in working within my schedule and timeframes. Social-distancing protocols surely compromised the typical workflow in the dealership paperwork process, but everything was handled creatively and efficiently. I will highly recommend doing business with these guys if you are in the market for a Mazda!

I felt the customer service representative started to haggle with me because the person who made the appointment accidentally hit the “ drop off “ button when making the appointment on their iPhone. She told me that usually they reschedule the appointment due this mishap. She had a real attitude about it that I feel was unnecessary. I couldn’t leave the vehicle because I was without transportation. Mind you I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for 8:00am. She told me they had all these vehicles that was to be serviced, and I’d be waiting up to 2 hours. I told her very aggravatingly that I was going to wait and that what she told me made no sense at all since the appointment was for 8:00 am and the shop opens at 8:00 am. I thought at that moment I was going to have a bad day and experience. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant at that moment. I think she’s in the wrong business or needs retraining. It wasn’t a big deal and definitely an accident by the cars owner that made the appointment that she hit the wrong button. Get a grip on situations there service rep. So the job took maybe 35-45 minutes, not 2 hours like she aggressively stated. When I checked out a different service rep helped with my discharge and exit of appointment and he was extremely pleasant supportive and professional. She should watch and mimic him while attending to customers. Also Joe from parts helped me with a quote for tires and was awesome . I hope that’s his name. Joe saved the day helping me on the tire quote. Please retrain the young female representative possible name Carmen. She could be toxic and you need to nip her in the bud. Thank you

The car we were interested was detailed and waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment. We were greeted right away by our sales contact and then did an initial walk around the vehicle. We then took it for a test drive. Upon returning Kris asked us if we had any questions. All pricing was clearly shown and we got a very fair price for our trade in. We agreed to a deal and picked up the car a couple of days later. It was detailed again and the gas tank was filled. Kris followed up to make sure we were happy. We would highly recommend this dealership and our sales representative.

Review for service side of things- I cannot thank Liberty Mazda Service department enough. I used Liberty Mazda for over a year until I relocated and decided to try out a different Mazda Dealership. The two just simply cannot be compared. Following damages done to my vehicle by a separate dealership, Liberty took me back under their wing and “righted all the wrongs” that were not their own. They are always understanding, kind and flexible. Their actions and work alone have kept me as a customer with the Mazda corporation as a whole. Jason, the Service manager, is personable and friendly and makes you feel like you are being cared for at a small business or local shop. Craig and George, my service representatives, have always been professional and gone above and beyond in customer service. It is rare you find a dealership service department you fully trust to take good care of your vehicle with honesty and integrity. A coworker Carmax to me. I enjoyed that you could walk around the lot and actually get inside the vehicles to check them out. No one followed you around the entire time unless you wanted them to. If needed I'd buy and shop here again. The salesman Britt P. was pleasant to work with too. I wanted a better finance rate because my credit score told me I could get one. I was advised to check around. In the end I was able to get a lower rate from another source and get the vehicle I wanted. I'm scheduled for some detail work on the vehicle and I trust it will be done well too.
