I don’t write many reviews, but Gabby absolutely earned this one. I started with an online inquiry and received a quick response from Napleton Mazda. I was then connected with Gabby, and from that point on, she took ownership of everything and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I shopped several Mazda dealerships before making my decision, and working with Gabby is ultimately what brought me to Napleton. I had my heart set on a very specific CX-70 in Zircon Sand Metallic, and they were surprisingly hard to find. After test-driving one at another dealership, I knew that was the color I wanted. I called Gabby, expecting to hear, “Sorry, we don’t have one.” Instead, she immediately started searching dealer inventory and told me she’d do everything she could to find one. She tracked down several possibilities, followed up with other dealerships, ruled one out after learning it had been damaged, and then located another one that was exactly what I was looking for. She and the Napleton team went out and got the vehicle for me.
