I had an excellent experience from start to finish. Robert, my salesperson, was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made the entire process easy, while Tom, the sales manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out. I never felt pressured, and I genuinely walked away feeling like I received the best possible deal. Great customer service and a very positive buying experience overall.

Mastria MazdaReviews
Mastria Mazda review
My 2021 Mazda which was purchased new at Mastria Mazda was recently hit while parked by another vehicle. While awaiting the insurance and appraisal repair process I wanted confirmation that my car was safe to drive. I contacted Mazda to get a safety inspection for peace of mind. Paul, Dennis and Rachel in Service were so great in getting me a timely appointment, as well as noting my list of safety concerns. Sean gave my vehicle a detailed exam and sent a video as he went through the process. I can’t give enough praise to the service team at Mastria, as well as Paul G who’s been my main contact over the years! I always leave satisfied and confident knowing that my car has been in great hands! Thank you Mastria Mazda, and staff for the excellent customer service, care and support and for just being great people with integrity and heart!

495 MazdaReviews
495 Mazda review
I admit it, I've never liked car shopping. The research, hours at the dealer and the usual endless negotiations have never made for a fun experience. When I went to 495 Mazda to test drive a CX-5, I was expecting more of the same. The first surprise was the dealership itself... there wasn't one! They're in the process of having one built so the building in place right now is more like one of those trailers you see at construction sites. Instead of a showy inside, it was just round tables, a TV and a very comfortable vibe. And the cutest French bulldog named Whitney greeted me on arrival and slept in my lap during lease negotiations! My salesperson, Ben, took a great test drive with me covering both highway and back streets so I could get an in-depth feel for both surfaces. He also covered every feature in detail and helped me set up everything from the radio to how soon my doors will lock when I get out of the car. Mike, the Finance Manager made the paperwork a breeze. Everyone was really nice and made the experience a positive one. Best of all, I LOVE my car!

North Shore Mazda review
We had such a wonderful experience at North Shore Mazda! Robert S. my daughter’s salesperson, did an amazing job from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely listened to what my daughter was looking for. He made the entire process easy and comfortable without making her feel pressured. The rest of the team was also fantastic. Sales manager, Tom was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter had a great experience. You can tell that they truly care about their customers. I am extremely happy with the experience my daughter had at North Shore Mazda and would highly recommend Robert and the entire team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Thank you for making what can sometimes be a stressful process such a positive and enjoyable experience!

Mastria Mazda review
This is now my 4th vehicle I’ve purchased from Mastria, my second from Mastria Mazda. Once again, the experience was one of the best, most satisfying in all of my vehicle purchases. Mike Luu the manager and Alex the salesperson I dealt with were professional, courteous and knowledgeable- everything you’d expect from a top notch dealership. Negotiations were mostly done before I walked in the door, signed some paperowrk, then the delivery was coordinated with my schedule. I was out the door quickly after a walkthrough of my new car and a few handshakes. I would recommend Mastria Mazda and all of their dealerships for your car shopping needs.
