Audi North AtlantaReviews
Audi North Atlanta review
I had no interest in buying an Audi when I came into contact with Paula. But after walking through the brands and the type of car I was searching for, Paula guided me to the right fit for me. Which happened to be an Audi, ha! Paula went above and beyond to provide quality service despite me being a remote buyer over 1,000 miles away. She sent videos and pictures of THE car, while providing great detail and explanations of all the features etc. When it came time to execute on the deal, she was fast and swift making sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I dealt with 4 other car salesmen in my car buying journey, and Paula was by far the most attentive while also not being nagging (ie., calling you every day). She knew the type of customer I was, giving me space to make my decision and allowing the car & her presentation of it to speak for itself. That?s a rare thing to find in this industry. I probably called Paula at least 3 times a day and texted her throughout the day. No matter what she was doing she always took the time to respond and/or follow up if need be. This experience was fun for me, and I will definitely call Paula the next time I?m back in the market.

Buying a new car can sometimes be stressful and hectic. However, at Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta, you'll enjoy professionalism, honesty, and a pleasant experience from the moment you walk through its doors. Sales Representative, Noel Bernard provided me with a professional and pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations. Noel was always available to speak with me, and when he was not available, he would always call me back within an hour. I was impressed by how attentive Noel was to the details of the vehicle I purchased, down to the smallest of details. As a company that provides high levels of quality and excellence, Jim Ellis Mazda Marietta stands out from the competition. Having won the prestigious Mazda President's Club in 2023, you owe it to yourself to enjoy a luxurious experience with them.

I do not have enough good things to say about working with Ivan to get our dream car. He was exceedingly knowledgeable about our CX-50 and spent a solid 30 minutes or more walking us through the features and making sure the car was comfortable for me to drive off in. He got us the exact price we wanted and expected, and was extremely friendly and patient, even when dealing with another customer at the same time towards closing time. He even offered to take our picture with our new car before leaving! I will always highly recommend Ivan and this dealership.

Hiley Automotive Group review
Great dealership. Didn’t have what I was looking for first time in so they took my information and didn’t try pressuring me into a sale. Little while later a vehicle I was interested came in. They remembered all my information and I got a great sales experience. They gave a good offer on my trade and they DID NOT play games with the price (no market adjustments, dealer required accessories, etc.). Very satisfied.
