I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. Not a horrible experiencegetafterit463 but I didn’t feel like they wanted my business either.
Brandon was patient, thorough, informative, personable, and not pushy at all throughout my entire buying process. Not for one minute did I feel pressured into upgrading this or that until I had made my decision on an item. He brought joy and personality to the information he presented me with so that I was able to make the most informed and knowledgeable decision in a vehicle that I could have possibly made. All the staff were genuinely excited for my purchase and what it meant for me and reinforced that if I had any issues, questions, or concerns that I could contact them at any time.
I was treated courteously and quickly. This is an absolutely great service group. The people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If they don't have the answer they will find it. They are always willing to go above and beyond the call!! Vehicle was in and out sooner than expected and done properly. I have the greatest regard for Service Rep. Alisha, Manager Sean and Scot the OPS manager. They all go the extra mile.
I came in knowing the value of my first and current Mazda, and had a good idea what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Tyler listened to what I had in mind and found the car for my needs. The negotiations were relatively painless. A very good experience.
Traveled 2 hours here to look at a car, Hannah worked with me and actually found a few other cars for me to test drive and ended up liking a different car better than the one I originally came to test. Asked about the tires while test driving and was told they were almost new and have to be Wisconsin legal to sell (2/32 in. so no tread). Took that for word, and didn't look at them. Decide to buy the car, came and purchased it a week later. Now, once I'm home I decided to look at the tires because of the way the car handled on a lightly snow covered road a couple days later. There is virtually no tread (barely Wisconsin legal). So on top of buying a new car, which I had to because mine was totaled and I just put brand new tires on it. I have to buy brands new tires again, so I can actually drive in Wisconsin snow covered roads. They were well aware that I was worried about the tires because I had mentioned it more than once and knew I couldn't come back down to look at it before buying it and never said they would need to be replaced for winter.
Robert R provided excellent service. He was well versed about the model car we were interested in and did his best to keep our requirements in mind. It was his service, and our positive experience while at Oxmoor, that we purchased the car we went there to look at. I would highly recommend Oxmoor Mazda and ask for Robert R. I walked in and was looking to test drive a Mazda 3 after doing some research online into what I wanted my first car to be. I was impressed with the experience I had, as I had no idea what to expect through the process of buying a car. Lane was patient and worked with me to find the car that best fit my needs and my budget, as I started looking at new cars, then moved to the used ones as we worked out the math on payments and my budget. I didn???t feel any pressure from the staff to buy now, they gave me all of the time I needed to make the decision.
I came in with absolutely no hopes of getting a car with my credit score. I hadn???t bought a car in almost 10 years. I???ve had my eye on the CX-5 for quite some time. I came in to get a recall fixed on my 2009 Mazda 6 and decided while waiting why not talk to sales. I met with Austin, we talked about a few different cars, he was very knowledgeable, I test drove the CX-5. Austin was able to get me approved and even though the payment wasn???t where I really wanted it to be, I left with a brand new CX-5, which I have been wanting for so long! The very few 2019 CX5 are just trickling down to dealer lots at this time (11/2018). Ramsey Mazda did not have our color/future combination so we bought the car from another lot. Even so I ended up purchasing my new 2019 CX5 from another dealership I wanted to take a moment to share an outstanding service Joseph Guadalupe from Ramsey Mazda has provided to my wife and I. We test drove CX5 with Joe and he was guiding us, answering many questions honestly for several weeks before we bought the car. He was genuine, responsive, very professional, knowledgable, calm, no pressure and extremely helpful. Even when I told him I will be buying the car from another dealer he remained true, understanding and did not put any pressure on us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramsey Mazda and Joe to my family and friends.
I did the usual research on the 2 or 3 vehicles I was considering for a lease and begain the ???dreaded??? dealer visits on the Black Friday weekend. Each visit , Honda, Toyota, Mazda, Hyundai, was the typical ???what do I need to do to get you in the car today??? with the usual visit by the manager etc etc. Pricing ALWAYS started high and slowly came down as I expressed my requirements. This all changed when I went to Wantagh Mazda. I met Ken the self proclaimed manager of ???smiles & laughs???. He listened to my needs and gave me honest answers and pricing and in two days I was in my new Mazda. Supprisingly for car buying I did smile and had a few laughs as well. If you are looking for a Mazda you need to go to Wantagh Mazda
Our sales person Zach was helpful and never pushy and as always the owner Jim was friendly and helped made our transition to a new vehicle painless. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought through this dealership and I would not go anywhere else.
