Let me just start off by saying.....I have never met a more patient man/salesman than MOSHI!!!! This was my first ever car buying experience at a dealership and the anxiety was real. But no one else I would have rather had as a product specialist, than Moshi. Words cannot even begin to express my appreciation for his services. He was very punctual, professional, transparent, understanding and genuinely made the entire experience as comfortable as possible. Not to mention, he's very knowledgeable when it comes to vehicle systems. As difficult as I was as a first-time buyer, I commend Moshi for patiently working with me on site of the dealership, for hours, without giving up until I was comfortable enough with signing and driving my car off the lot. His dedication truly paid off because I couldn't be happier with my purchase. I arrived pre-approved for a loan and left with a better rate after their finance dept. hooked it up. Even after my purchase, Moshi checked in to see how I was doing with my purchase. Truly cannot express how thankful I am to everyone at this dealership for taking the time to work with me and easing my anxiousness with the process. Seriously though, promote a brotha! I bought the 2016 Mazda 3 with manual transmission brand new. Since then I've driven 280,000 miles through new York City traffic . I've just change my original clutch at 278000 . Most reliable car ever owned!

Purchased a used car from them a few weeks ago. Worked with D'Angelo as my sales rep and Stefan in finance. Both were very professional and easy to work with. D'Angelo was very knowledgeable about the car and its features even though it was not a Kia brand vehicle. No pressure sales just kept me informed about the vehicle and pricing. Stefan in finance was also very professional. He explained the optional items, their cost and coverage and let me make my own decision yes or no and was not pushy on selling me additional items I had no interest in. Would definitely recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I owned the 2016 Mazda 3 i sport since 2017; I got it used from Velocity Mazda in Tyler with ~30,000 miles on it. It had always served me well. The only maintenance I did on it were tire replacements, oil changes, and once the motorized lift gate broke and I was unable to open the trunk for a while. The Mazda dealership fixed it pretty quickly. Recently I was in a 3 car accident in which the pickup behind me slammed me into the pickup in front of me. The safety features of this car allowed the front and back to crumple, but the cab was fully intact. This could have been a fatal wreck if the car was not so well designed. Even my service dog in the back seat came out completely unscathed. The car was roomier than the car I had owned before it, and the media system was easy to navigate, with the control panel being easy to reach and use while driving. I would recommend this car to anyone. The only reason I am not buying another one is that I would like to have more cargo space as my needs in life are changing.

Needed help with cost of rear wheel alignment. But salesman would not consider any help with a price drop to help me cover the alignment as was noted by mechanics.
