Has the feel of a sporty car and handles very well. Smooth ride. Good gas mileage and little maintaince costs. Could have a little more legroom in back. Lip on trunk opening limits size of what can put in.
Would like a cup holder in drivers door. Husband has limited mobility and has difficult time getting in and out and adjusting the seat back tilt. He also feel the door handle is too far back and his elbow is stopped by the back of the seat. Like the backup camera and that it beeps when a car approaching from side, not just behind the car. Love the alerts on the mirrors of car in blind spot. Like GPS, but not always intuitive. Disappointed it doesn't seem to have moveable headlights.
New car pickup went smoothly and professionally. Really nice people.

We took our car for a recall on the air bag. Our appointment was for 10 AM they said it would take a half hour in less time they call us to the deck to let us know we had 2 light bulbs out. They replaced them and we where out at 10:40.

I think my Mazda 3 is one of the greatest cars I’ve own & I think I will stick with mazda for the rest of my life
To date I have purchased two vehicles from Piazza Mazda of West Chester, a Miata and a Mazda 3. When I need service I always take the vehicle to their service department. The main reason is their Service Manager, Paul Curtis. Paul is friendly, extremely knowledgeable and treats me with respect. He always takes the time to completely explain the work and the cost and to answer any questions. Unlike other service managers at most dealerships he does not push needed or unneeded repairs or services. Paul is the main reason I have my vehicles serviced at Piazza Mazda of West Chester. Always ask for Paul. To date all of the work I have had done on both my vehicles has not required me to bring any vehicle back because of faulty workmanship or bad parts. I would highly recommended Paul Curtis and his service department.

This is my first owned car. Before I used to drive a 2003 Saturn Ion and then a 2012 Kia Soul. The Mazda3 was such a nice drive and has all the features I could have ever asked for! I love the car.
Brought my CX-5 in for its first oil change. I was greeted cordially by Paul who explained exactly what the technician, Taylor, was going to do to my car. He also informed me that the first oil change is free of charge. I would definitely recommend using the Piazza Mazda dealership.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
I bought it because it looked cool and I have never heard anything bad about Mazda. After two months of owning this car it has met all my expectations and then some! It’s teally fun and comfortable to drive. Really enjoy it and would highly recommend buying one
This car gets lots of looks and comments. The controls just make sense.
The cruise control is easy to engage. You can also mute the sounds when you pull up to the drive thru with one button. Its got pick up and go. It's cute. What more do you need?
This car has a great drive and comes with so many options even on the base model. I only gave this vehicle up because our family outgrew it. You sit low so it gives a great sporty feel. I would recommend this car to anyone looking for a hatchback.
I don’t know if it was because I updated from a 2008 to a 2015, but my Mazda3 Hatchback is one of the best vehicles in its class. Even for a 2015, now almost 4 years old, still on the same level as some 2017’s on the road. The interior creates a minimal yet luxury feel. But I think one of its greatest aspects is simply its drive. Can drive over bumps, rough road, and sharp turns with ease. No cheap ’rickity’ feel or sound. Extremely sturdy and soft on the road, if that makes sense. Definitely recommend!

Great gas milage. Great styling and curves. Interior feels more premium then the car is and a very comfortable ride with heated seats, dual climate control air conditioning.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

This is exactly what I was looking for. All leather interior, sunroof for when I'm cruising, Bluetooth GPS, Pearly white and cruising in style. I'm so excited!!
We worked with Vinny and I would highly recommend him as your sales consultant. He is very knowledgeable about these vehicles and their safety features, which was one of the main reasons I was getting a CX-5 with the Grand Touring trim and Premium package. We told him that we wanted to buy the car cash and get out of there quickly and he made this happen. The only thing I would recommend to this dealership is to get some half and half or heavy cream for the fridge by the coffee machine instead of having just the powder creamer.

Lots of features just wish I had got the grand touring for not much more that one has all the toys. Economical and fun to drive.
