What really stood out was how attentive he was — he listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right vehicle instead of just trying to “sell” me something. He also made the test drive and walkthrough of the car really helpful, pointing out features and making sure I understood everything before leaving. I also want to thank Dan, the manager, who stepped in during the process and made everything smooth on the back end. Dan was transparent, professional, and worked with me to make the numbers make sense without the typical dealership runaround. He made the financing and paperwork portion straightforward and efficient, which made a big difference in keeping the whole experience stress-free. Between Nick’s customer service and Dan’s professionalism, the entire process felt easy, honest, and well organized. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this team made it a genuinely positive experience. I’d absolutely recommend working with Nick and Dan if you’re in the market for a vehicle.
