Came down to Santa Fe to look at a vehicle we had seen online. When we arrived everyone was nice and greeted us as soon as we drove up. The sales staff was very pleasant to deal with. They made sure we recieved the best deal for the vehicle we wanted. Overall it was a great buying experience.

Bought it for the business, kept it for the family. Zero problems. Many comfort features. Great on rain and snow with AWD.al clear bluetooth system.
From start to finish we received competent and courteous service. Our sales person was not pushy but very helpful. The tech genius helped us understand the car. The manager treated us with respect.
The most fun to drive crossover I could find.

I purchased this car over a year ago as a certified dealer demo. I had been driving Subarus and other SUV's. The Subarus have uncomfortable seats. The CX-9 has very comfortable seats, great driving dynamics. Plenty of power with the turbo and the most quiet car I have owned. It is also a beautiful design especially in Soul red.
This car has exeeded all of my expectations. It is comfortable, quiet, and has great acceleration. All of the features, including radar cruise control and other electronic safety devices are awesome. To get these features in other cars you need to buy a top of the line package, but, in Mazda they are in all of them. I love my car.
One of the most fun cars I have ever owned and makes it easy to get around. You'll never haul a lot or a lot of friends but for pure joy of driving and convenience in crowded parking lots and limited parking, there isn't a better car!
Ok let me start by saying my husband and i bought a truck from this dealer ship..I was concerned because we were haveing a few issues with the truck we bought..I called the dealer ship a spook with the service dept and then the main manager..MIKE he was wonderful he not only put me in a 2016 pathfinder...untill the issues were maintained with our truck....I will be doing buiness with him in the future and have no worries...that this dealer ship will take great care of not only my self and husband..But any that comes to Santa fee Mazda and Volvo...Thanks to the service center and Mike the manager... My 3rd Miata and a wonderful new model. Extremely well designed inside and out. Good zip and full control. Safety features plus, Bose sound, a great driver experience.

I love my new Mazda3 Sport, it really meets all that I want in a car. Small, efficient, comfortable, and reliable. The interior is beautiful. The safety features are great, with city safe breaking and blind spot monitoring. I wish I could have upgraded to a higher trim package to get the rest of the safety features, but unfortunately that would have required getting leather interior, which I do not want. I am very happy with the price I paid for this new vehicle, and the warranties offered by Mazda make me feel confident in my decision on the Mazda3.
I decided it was finally time for a big truck, I found out on cars.com that this dealership had plenty of those to offer. So I gathered up my friends and we headed out, once we got their we were greeted by Doug a salesman that worked there. He was very helpful, respectful and didn't trying pushing me around to buy a truck. After talking a bit we started lookin around and there she was a behemoth of a truck with my name written all over it. We took it on a test drive and I fell in love. Doug helped me get it down to the right price and was nothing but patient and understanding the whole time. In the end I purchased the truck and I couldn't have gotten such a solid deal if Doug hadn't have been there! I HIGHLY recommend this dealer!!!!

Such a smooth drive. I drive a ton for work and I love the luxurious inner cabin. Great Bose sound system too. Great navigation system and blue tooth compatibility allows me to use Waze easily. As a realtor that is very important.
During a 4000+ mile family trip over Christmas break, our 2015 Mazda 6 had the TPMS light turn on. Within 5 minutes of stopping in, the dealership had a technician looking at our car. They confirmed all the tires were fine and then reset the TPMS light. The technician then clearly explained what might have caused the TPMS light to turn on. They did this for no charge. Since we were clearly from out of state, they had no incentive to give us great service, but they did anyway. My complements to the support manager and technician that helped us.

Had a couple problems that Mazda fixed.overall it's been a really good experience. I will now be a long time customer with Mazda and will send people their way.
I strongly recommend buying a used vehicle from Santa Fe Mazda Volvo and recommend working with salesman Tony Rea. We bought a Volvo XC90 and had a very positive buying experience and impressive after-sales service working with Tony.

This car was all I wanted. Love the way it dri es. Handles very well in bad weather. Very comfortable interior and love the color.
Took my 2018 Equinox in for its 5000 mile check. Mariel was kind, professional and put me at ease on check in. She told me when she thought it would be finished and she’d call me when it was. I got the call 10 minutes sooner than expected. Wow! When I went to pick it up, I met the service manager. Super nice guy. Made sure I was pleased with the service and asked if there was anything else they could do. Mariel got the paper work lined up and got me on my way. A great service department. I hope they are appreciated by management.

This car has been one of the most comfortable and easy driving, road hugging cars I've owned. My wife is retiring and we no longer need two cars. If her car weren't nicer and more expensive, I would not be selling mine!
Shopping at Cadillac of Santa Fe was extremely pleasurable. I have never experienced this must satisfaction when buying a car. I have purchased many vehicles in the past and look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from this store in the future.

Great gas milage. Great styling and curves. Interior feels more premium then the car is and a very comfortable ride with heated seats, dual climate control air conditioning.
